Hotel River Land — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

We had a very bad experience with the service provided to us. The owner was always smoking here and there, and the staff were drinking alcohol. And on the day while we were having dinner, the staff served us alcohol while we asked for water. Later agai. When we asked for water, he served us alcohol to the female personnel. Then, on the day of checkout, we asked for a vat bill, which we didn't get, then we asked to call the owner, but he didn't receive any phone calls, but, when we tried he took our call, later again, when we try to call from our cell, he did the same. Overall, the experience was really bad, the rooms were dirty, there was tobacco spit everywher, the bathroom was also dirty, some taps were even not working. BEWARE BEFORE...
