First of all, I arrived in Pokhara at 5 a.m. and they were awake and waiting for me. Although I had booked for the following night, they didn't hesitate to give me a bed in the dorm so I could rest for a couple of hours before checking into my room. The single room was perfect, with an en-suite bathroom, toilet paper, hot shower, comfortable bed, and fan. The perfect environment to rest before and after the Annapurna circuit. The staff are very friendly and willing to help you with any questions you may have about the Himalayas and any extra services you may need (buses, where to sell or buy your hiking gear, etc.). Most importantly, they took excellent care of all my belongings during the 16 days I was away, even my passport (which I didn't want to carry with me) was left in the hands of the owner, who kept it in his own room. The prices are the best in town and the location is perfect! One minute from the lake and very good restaurants (although the food is also good if you want to try local cuisine).
