I will suggest everyone to make a u turn before reaching to this place. manager dont have any sense to talk. they have no manner. they speak one thing and do other thing. so, friends be carefull service is very slow, there room is ok restroom is dirty, no sleepers on bathroom, no soap to wash the hand. they told us restroom is very good but while i was trying to take a shower the handle was broken and i have to take a shower from tap water. we were there for paragliding and we told the manager that we r there for paragliding to and they said they will arrange the paragliding and the rate is 6500 and it will be same on travel agency too. we thought the price was good but later on i found out that the price was 5500 because the price is low bcoz of earthquake. and told them about that things also, but there answer was; everything should be done while dealing the rates. they r very rude that doesn’t make any sense. while u just walk outside and ask the travel agency side by the restaurant the rate was 5500 and the hotel charge us 6500 we r shocked 2000 difference. they make a profit of 2000 from us at one paragliding be careful. we cannot cancel it because the manger already told us that they will only cancel it by charging 2000 rupees which was there profit.||||||this is very bad hotel, service is very slow, no manner, very expensive. beware friends don’t trust them anything u want to pay just research first. the price is totally different from hotel to outside.||they only care the money nothing else. only onething is good here is lakeside view otherwise this is a trash. never coming back again...

When we asked to load back our luggage in the taxi the manager or representative VERY RUDELY N IMPOLITELY said that it is our luggage or not their job to load the luggage back. AND we also had to pay the taxi driver. ||Dear guests please at any cost do not approach this place. Take note if you are approached by anyone representing any hotel in pokhara from the bus station , DO NOT GO !! BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE GOOD BUSINESS SO THEY NEED GUESTS !! YOU WILL BE TRICKED.||Always check and review about hotels you want to stay with via booking.com or agoda and check the ratings on trip advisor. ||I have no idea how precious guests rated this hotel as excellent or good !! Clearly deserves a very terrible rating !! ||Definitely...
Read moreWe were brought to this hotel by the "owner" as we got off a bus from Besisahar when it was dark and we really were not sure where to go (both our phones had died during our trek so couldn't do some tripadvisor research in time). At first glance it seemed ok so I took it for the 1500Rs asking price (double room). Later on I realized that the bathrooms were not cleaned since the previous tenant, towel looked dirty grey and to top it off, we killed 4 little cockroaches before going to bed. The fan only worked at one speed - maximum. Aircon would have costed an extra 5USD. I complained about the cockroaches and unkempt bathroom to the girl at checkout and she sounded "surprised" but didn't bother to apologize or say they would do something about it. When I asked if there was breakfast included in the price of the room, her reply was an unfriendly no. In Pokhara you will find much better deals for 15-20USD a night (breakfast included). This place clearly doesn't care about their rooms or customer satisfaction. The only good thing was working wifi and hot water. The lake views don't make up for the cockroach-ridden rooms! Stay away...
