I rarely give a bad review. People work hard and you do not wish to affect their business. But today, I had a bad experience. Nothing to do with food, it was my second visit and food is great.

The service was completely crazy. First, I was given a menu but waited and waited. I was the only customer. Staff were talking in the back with 2 ladies. I had to order MYSELF through the kitchen to finally get my order.

It took ages and I suddenly lost it and asked the staff what was happening. They said my chicken was cooking but cooking chicken normally takes about 6-8 minutes. I worked in restaurant when I was younger.

One of the waiter when outside before, sitting in a chair and having a cigarette. The smoke came directly to my face.

The cook behind was on the phone and speaking SO LOUDLY. You want to relax, have a drink and a meal, and you got the cigarette, the noise, you wait and wait. And there is nobody else at 3:30 pm this afternoon.

The waiter who serves the chicken drop chicken juice on the floor in front of me. Juicy, chicken, that’s normally good. But when you just want a napkin, it is empty.

A plate on the table beside (there are 2 tables outside, beside the one on sidewalk) had leftovers for 10 minutes while I was waiting. Again, I was the only client and at least 4 staff.

I thought they made a mistake on the bill but it was right. Just a number that was not clear.

Good food and terrible experience.

I found this place during the pandemic so am not going to talk about crepes because at this time to help subsidise their income they were doing BBQ pork and chicken. Very few people make good BBQ but these guys have gotten me hooked so each time I want a meat feast I come here by default. They say BBQ pork rib but really it's a rib pork chop, cooked really well and is so tasty and juicy. Tasty BBQ with grilled potatoes topped with rich cheese and fresh salad. The staff are friendly and the place has a chilled atmosphere. Great food, great place, lovely staff and good price. What more can I say. I keep meaning to take pictures of the food but I eat it too quickly. Thank you

Updating my review after 3 years and this time the BBQ pork was so delicious I ordered another one being such a greedy glutton. If anybody from this establishment reads my update I want a plaque on the wall showing off my achievement ha ha.

Besides my greediness the reception from the staff is still the same, friendly and kind and genuine.
