Very terrible bad awful Horrible Experience: Terrible Service and Disappointing Food

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received at Ayurvedico today and feel compelled to share my extremely negative experience. From start to finish, it was a disaster, and I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this establishment.

Upon entering the store, I decided to enjoy a leisurely afternoon with a cake and make use of their Wi-Fi to catch up on some work. Little did I know that this simple request would turn into an endless nightmare. I approached different store clerks five times to inquire about the Wi-Fi password, each time hoping for a straightforward answer. However, each encounter was met with vague responses, shrugs, and a complete lack of helpfulness. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to assist a customer with such a basic need.

After my fifth attempt with no success, I finally went to the front desk, thinking that surely the staff there would be able to resolve the issue. To my utter frustration, even after getting the supposed password, I still couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. Despite my polite requests for further help, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and made no real effort to troubleshoot the problem. Their dismissive attitude and lack of customer service skills were truly astonishing. It was clear that they had no concern for ensuring a pleasant experience for their customers.

But the problems didn't end there. I had ordered a slice of cake, hoping that at least the food would make up for the Wi-Fi fiasco. Unfortunately, the cake was an absolute letdown. It tasted dry, the flavors were bland, and it was evident that it wasn't made with fresh ingredients. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality.

Overall, my visit to Ayurvedico was one of the worst I've ever had at a café or bakery. The staff's inability and unwillingness to provide basic service, their rude and unhelpful demeanor, and the subpar quality of the food all combined to create a truly miserable experience. I will definitely not be returning, and I sincerely hope that the management takes note of these issues and makes significant improvements in their service and product quality. Oats with honey and fruits was alright, but nothing outstanding and way overpriced. Vegetable soup totally bland, probably vegan, no cream. Hummus, one of the worst ones I have ever had. Way too salty and bitter, maybe used too much tahini or blended too long. Sourdough Bread was alright, but also quite dry.

One employee was constantly coughing in the hand, not wearing face mask, not washing the hands and handling the food. She was even spitting in the tab, just disgusting. Another employee had black dirt under her fingernails.

Prices way too high, for one bowl of muesli, I get a whole breakfast set including coffee and everything next door.

For the mediocre taste, the bad hygiene and the high prices I can only give 2 stars. If you care about vegan/ajurveda food, don’t care about hygiene and prices, this is the...
