I stayed at this hotel a year ago for nine days due to work, and I had a great experience. The room was clean, had a balcony, and was very affordable. (below NPR 2,000) Everything was easily accessible, and since we booked through a client, the overall stay was pleasant. Because of that positive experience on my next visit u called the hotel without even trying to negotiate the price, as I trusted their service. However, this time was completely different. We were given a non-balcony room for Rs. 2,500
The room had several issues: No charging port beside the bed, except for one at the edge, which wasn’t even working. A kettle with an extremely short wire, making it impossible to use. (Tried but kettle didn't work) A broken toilet seat cover. No cups or tea bags in the room, despite having a kettle. Additionally, the one who showed us the room didn’t believe that I had previously stayed here for under Rs. 2,000 and even teased us about it. It felt like they were overcharging one-night guests on purpose and putteing guest in dark rooms with no facilities. Overcharging for such rooms.
