Hotel Rupee — Hotel in Pokhara

I recently stayed at Hotel Rupee and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The hotel was not clean, with dirty rooms and poorly maintained facilities. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority, which made my stay very uncomfortable.

The customer service was equally lacking. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests, and any requests or concerns were met with indifference. It was frustrating to feel like my needs as a guest were being ignored.

The food was also a major letdown. The quality was subpar, and the dining area did not seem well-kept. I had hoped for a pleasant meal during my stay, but instead, I found myself disappointed by both the taste and presentation.

Overall, I would not recommend Hotel Rupee to anyone. There are many other options available that provide much better service, cleanliness, and dining experiences. My stay was far from enjoyable, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for...

Cleanliness: Rooms clean. 1 our rooms had Unchanged Bed sheets (disappointing)

Comfort: Comfortable

Facility: The staff was not helpful, Kettle only provided on several requests, No warm water (solar hardly worked). No bucket/mug available/provided even on request.

Staff: The supervisor/staff seemed irritated on our requests/quarries. On several occasions he showed us a cold shoulder. Our request for him to open the gate for us for the sunrise at 5:30am was not taken seriously by him (he seemed more irritated)

Location: No doubt it is located just few steps away from the lake. You get a superb lake view from the room they have heavily price.

Value for money: 6.5 (only because of the location)

Wifi: 9.

I stayed on 21/05/24 to 22/05/24. The owner stayed there on ground floor. This is not a hotel of staff he pick some random guys in daily basis for working in hotel. Upto 11pm is allowed outside the hotel. He always closes door of hotel for parking the vehicle so you always ask first him to open the door to park your vehicle. So rude owner, my worst experience ever. We booked hotel by reference my friend. But I with my friends from first day we all abuses us that why we booked this hotel. Please don't book this hotel. Go anywhere else. No Fan available in room. If you remain open AC for cooling the room he closes MCB of AC and your will remain hot and then you ask to owner for AC he will give you lesson...
