Hotel Max — Hotel in Amsterdam

MY ROOM STANK LIKE A SEWER. The hotel staff did nothing about it. They said that all the rooms in that hotel were booked yet they own multiple holes and wouldn't accommodate me by switching me to different room in one of their other hotels. They will tell you that they cant do anything until the manager arrives. This is just a stalling tactic so that you are forced to stay in the room. The hotel is in a good location of Amsterdam. That is the ONLY good thing about this place. I reserved a room with two twin beds which was their cheapest option. The room was located on the top floor and very hot with no air conditioning.
