Pros: Always-present owners, checking often to see if premises look in good shape/condition. campsite is kept at good levels of cleanliness, depending on the guests behavior, kitchen and laundry areas are clean and guests respect that. male and female toilets are somewhat clean but far from other campsites such as Top 10, where constant cleaning is performed through the day. On a positive note, these are far better than using DOC facilities or portable loos.
Cons: 10:30pm is the maximum allowed time for playing music or doing activities which allow for noise to be generated, which is a bit too late. This allows people to pass their limits of drinking and thus not minding other people's space. Being a family location, such time should be reduced to curb stressful situations from occurring. No staff to enforce guests to obey and abide to the camp rules after 10:30pm, which is a torment: loud guests, loud music, no respect towards others, etc. The worst part is when someone tries to comunnicate with loud guests, to address the situation. Unfortunately, this is seen as a challenge or insult by these guest, and it forces all other campers to bear the loud and fanfare of such complicated individuals. provided numbers for after-hours are never able to be reached, hence why there are no one to enforce silence and order after...
