Dear BURGER KING QUEENSTOWN management at approximately 12 .15pnm today i purchased a charcoaled burger with fries and a coke cola drink, please let me tell you the meal was absolutely appalling, the bread roll that was used to encase the meat and salad was almost falling apart, along with a tiny little bag of French fries and a supposed coca cola drink that was watered down and tasted like drinking plastic, all for approximately $13.50 NZD, along with patched up and worn out seats to sit on. What was more concerning was the staffs appearance, they appeared all from and Indian back ground, unshaven along with hair that looked as if a comb has never been put through it and conversing in their own language in front of customers, as an ex International airline pilot who has travelled the world for the last 36 years id have to say this meal was one of the worst!!!! so ladies and gentleman, locals and tourists please take my advice and steer clear from this place, if this is how BURGER KING operates with their staff then they should be closed down!! again worst meal i think i have ever had, a word of advice replace your staff and replace your burgers nothing worse than eating a plate of rubbish!!!! Kind Regards Steve...
Read moreDuring our visit to Queenstown, we stopped by Burger King for a quick meal and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with tidy tables and a relaxed atmosphere. Service was efficient and friendly — the staff were polite and helpful, making the ordering process easy and stress-free.
The food came out quickly, and everything was served fresh and hot. The burgers were tasty and well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and nicely toasted buns. We especially appreciated that nothing felt rushed or slapped together. The chips were crispy and golden — just the right amount of salt and crunch without being overly greasy.
A standout from our meal was the spicy chicken sticks. They had a great kick of heat without being overpowering, and the texture was perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender inside. They made a great addition to the meal and were a nice change from the usual nuggets.
Overall, for a fast-food stop, Burger King in Queenstown delivered exactly what we were after — quick, fresh food in a clean setting with friendly service. It’s a solid option if you're looking for something fast and...
Read moreWe're tourist trying out the difference between the BK from our country to Queenstown's BK.
Our order consisted of 3 burger meals, with 2 regular fries and and a medium one for my niece. When the food arrived, the meals were packed in a takeaway bag even after choosing the dine in option, we were curious why the other Indian family had their food placed on a tray while we had ours prepped for take out. We thought that placing foods in a take out bag was common so we really didn't pay any mind to it.
When the food arrived, we checked the order and saw that we only had 2 burgers, and when I went to ask the manager about it he already knew which burgers were packed and which one was missing so that was kind of weird. Other than the missing burger, the upgraded fries was also not there. They all came out as regular fries and at this point we decided to just cut our losses and leave.
All in all, leaving Queenstown BK both disappointed and...
