Did a lash lift + tint and brow lamination a few days ago. She was really nice, friendly and it was so cozy, but I am really disappointed by the treatment. It looks good - but the brow lamination seems like it had been 2 month ago (it is not really laminated anymore) and it was just 4 days ago and with the lash lift the same. The worst part? Ink from the the lash tint got on my skin under my eye and even today, after four days, it still looks like I cried and I have mascara under my eye because of the tint. Wouldn’t go there again - especially because it was 200 dollar for both of it. Got it way better in other countries...

I had an amazing experience at the Beauty Lounge! I booked a 90-minute Luxury escape session, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Sheetal was incredibly skilled, adjusting the pressure perfectly to relieve tension in my shoulders and back. The spa itself was beautifully designed, with a calming atmosphere, soft lighting, and soothing music.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and relaxed. I also loved the little details—warm towels, herbal tea after the treatment, and the overall attention to comfort. I left feeling completely refreshed and will definitely be back....

The Beauty Lounge was exceptional in the preparation and lead up to my wedding in Queenstown. From facials, massage, tan, nails and eyebrows. The kind and helpful staff listened to my wants and needs and helped to arrange my schedule for all of my pre- wedding treatments. The staff were very accommodating to provide treatments to myself, my Mum and bridesmaids all together. I was so pleased with the results of each service and received so many compliments on my glow.
