Neptune Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Ohrid

We stayed here in July. This place is hidden in small street next to pedestrian zone and lakefront. It's not more than 20 meters from lakefront, but at the same time very quiet. It is 10-15 minutes from the old Town and Central streets. Once you go out on pedestrian Street, you have vast choice of restaurants and bars. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive. We found them easily, and they gave us very good tips for restaurants, places to visit, and shops for Ohrid pearls (very important as there are so many to offer fake Ohrid pearls). It's very comfortable place to stay. Our room had all necessary amenities. Beside queen size bed, there is sofa for additional guests. Kitchen is well equipped. We didn't have balcony with our room, but the house had large patio in front at disposal to guests on ground floor. and if you are by car, this place has private parking spot, an extremely important. My suggestion is to leave car at the parking spot and try to get as much walk as you can, as there so many hidden places in Ohrid worth seeing. For st. Naum church, there are many boat operators just 10 min walk from the apartment. It's much better than going by car, as scenery is quite amazing from the lake.
