Cheap and cheerful.

There is currently construction works and is very loud and starts at 7:30am. Neighbours are also up and noisy by 7:30am.

We changed rooms because of noisy construction but the 2nd room did not have hot water in the shower. And the gas hob in the room's kitchen was difficult to use so we decided not to use it for safety concerns.

There was no heating but the host provides 4 layers of thin and thick blankets so it's very warm in bed.

Easy to contact host on whatsapp, his wife owns laundrette and mini mart next door. He was friendly. There was Netflix and good wifi.

Die Lage ist super aber das Zimmer ist im Hinterhof versteckt. Man hat ein Fenster aber nicht wirklich Tageslicht. Es ist gleich neben den Nachbarn die zwei Hunde und zwei Katzen haben - sehr süss! Jedoch hört man die Nachbarn schon sehr früh am morgen wie sie telefonieren oder im Bad sind. Manchmal wird auch sehr laute Musik gespielt. Im gleichen Gebäude ist ein Waschsalon. Das Zimmer ist sehr kalt weil es keine Heizung gibt. Aber man hat sehr viel Decken. Wäre noch gut ein Teppich im Zimmer weil der Boden sehr kalt ist. Man muss dem Besitzer immer schreiben, sollte man Klopapier, Handtücher brauchen. Oder wenn das Zimmer gereingt werden soll. Weil es so günstig ist, gebe ich trotzdem 4 Sterne obwohl es sehr laut ist.

Wir haben trotzdem nochmals 1.5 Wochen verlängert jedoch in der Wohnung. Wohnung ist riesig und man hat alles. Wenn sie el viejo roble auswählen, dann empfehle ich eine Wohnung im Obergeschoss. Da hat man Tageslicht.
