Absolutely the worst customer service! I’ve given this shop a few chances because a friend recommended it for souvenirs and decent prices. While they do have some nice items, the way they treat customers is unacceptable. Today was the final straw. My friend and I were browsing T-shirts when a lady rushed over, stood right next to us, and began grabbing shirts from the same rack. When my friend politely asked her to give us space, the woman rudely started complaining in Spanish about “tourists making a mess.” We had literally just arrived and were simply looking for the right size.

This isn’t the first bad experience either—on a previous visit, my friend was even accused of stealing a hat she had worn into the shop! Instead of checking properly, they treated her like a thief.

Be warned: if you shop here and come back later, they might assume you’re stealing your own purchases. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. No matter the prices, it’s not worth being treated this way. Avoid this place...

I took a walking tour with Bloody Bueno Peru. Towards the end of the tour, they stopped by a few shops to promote them. This was one of the stop. The lady seemed kind and told us she’ll give us a good price if we return to shop. Later that same day, I return on my own. Totally different experience. They were rude. When I mentioned the Tour, they did not care. They would not even honour the price she had told us during the tour. This is a family business (father handles the cash, the son and daughter, and others). They only care about money. Also, whenever I asked about the material composition and why their alpaca is so cheap, i got a different answer. Do NOT recommend. I included pic as proof...

Been in Cusco and the Sacred Valley region for the past 2 and a half weeks and have yet to find better priced quality souvenirs. The owner and staff are always ready to help and bargain with. Also very friendly. I have been able to find everything I want for myself and family/friends at a reasonable price. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
