BREAKFAST
The breakfast buffet is advertised from 7-10 a.m., but by 8 a.m., most items are already gone. Bread, yogurt, and other basics are not replenished, even upon request. Staff stated that refills were not possible due to agency restrictions, which is hard to understand for a breakfast service. Staff simply waits until 10 a.m. without replenishing anything. Flies and fruit flies are present on uncovered items like jam, cold cuts/meat, and fruit, creating a very unhygienic and unappealing setting. Online photos of the breakfast are misleading; what is presented as a varied buffet is actually sparse and poorly maintained. The coffee is unappealing and overly strong, and the juices are clearly from a package rather than fresh, which is disappointing for a three-star hotel. Overall, the breakfast experience feels neglected and substandard, well below expectations.
HOTEL
The hotel appears outdated and poorly maintained; it absolutely does not meet the standard expected of a three-star hotel. The shower has low water pressure and unexpectedly alternates between icy cold and scalding hot, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The solar heating system may be poorly calibrated. Rooms show clear signs of wear: damaged walls, outdated furniture, and malfunctioning lighting. The bathroom layout is impractical and uncomfortable, such as the toilet being positioned behind the door. Overall, the hotel gives more of a two- or no-star impression.
STAFF
Most staff members are friendly and try to help. Only one staff member speaks English. While the staff is helpful, management appears to lack focus on quality and customer satisfaction, as seen in the poor service and lack of proper solutions to issues or breakfast once told.

We are not citizens of Peru and did not stay in the territory longer than 59 days, the entry dates are in our passports. Since the booking was on Booking, it was no longer possible to cancel it without losing the payment. There was no hot water in the room and the shower was broken. Unfortunately, we found out about this after we had already unpacked our things. Read moreWe arrived a bit earlier than chrck in time so our room was not ready, not a problem but we immedialtely felt unwelcome. We hung out by the lovely pool the hotel was empty. We asked for a diet coke andsparkling water they had neither. When our room was finally ready, we entered a tiny doubke room which looked like it had nlt been used or cleaned for years. No towels in the bathroom, I had to ask for them.worst part was the bed, horrible matresd and bedding was like the ones usedbin hospitals.
