Departamentos Temporales Miraflores — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

We have wanted to book a different apt. that Mr. Marticorena showed in internet. This apart. looked great in Tarata, right in the center of Miraflores. We booked it and a week before leaving the U.S., he offered us Av. Jose Pardo 610 apt. 602. He said that the Tarata apt. had problems with plumbing. So we had to take this new apt. in Pardo, at that point, it was too late to look for a new apt. So we took it. Upon arrival, the apt. was dirty. Mismatched furniture. The electrical system only worked with one thing at a time. If you wanted to use the coffee machine, you could not use the microwave. The plug had sparks everytime we would connect and disconnect one appliance over the other one. In the 12 days we were there, no one came to change towels, sheets. It was too humid and being winter in August, nothing dried. We had no dryer machine, only washer. Clothes took 10 days to actually dried hanging from the lines in the patio. The apartment was too damp and had mold. The mold was so strong, that i finally had to be taken to the clinic on our last day due to mold in my lungs. The spores were everywhere. I never get sick, and i got so sick that upon my arrival to the US had to be in bed, the doctor gave me meds to treat COPD, which I don't have, but that is how severely sick I got. Mr. Marticorena offered to send us a cleaning lady, she did come, and clean a bit, they also lowered the price of the apt. and that was also ok. Next time, i would not stay in this apt at all. Our bed, fell into the floor, we had to constantly put the wooden frame back. The TV in the second bedroom did not work. We did not have an iron. The worst part is that the building had elevator. It would go up, but never would go down. So everytime, we had to take the stairs down 6 floors. It was a bizarre event. The good thing, there were restaurants all over, the Vivanda supermarket is in the corner, and around the corner you had several restaurants to eat anything you want. We were at 4 blocks from the center of Miraflores, and that was great. I have travelled all over the world, and I do have guide standing here at Trip advisor. I stayed with my boyfriend from April 11-May 11, 2009 in the apartment 1402. The only good thing that this apartment has is the location and the view. It has gorgeous views to the sea. And it is near Vivanda Supermarket and walking distance to Parque Kennedy. However the costumer attention is very bad. The owner do not attend your requests. He only promised to take care of things but never did. For example, since it was very hot and humid, we requested a fan. The owner promised to bring the fan but never did. We called him every other day. He would say that one of his employees was on the way with the fan, but during the entire stay we never got it. Another thing is that they change towels and bed linens only once a week. With the humidity in Lima, this is unacceptable because after one use the towels stink. ||The sofa and all furniture are dirty and stink, the bed is old and you can feel the springs. Because you have to pay in advance, you are not able to leave the apartment after you get the keys. I would not recommend this apartment or any of Suites de Miraflores. I had stayed in other apartments in Lima, much nicer and cheaper. However they were rented for the days...

Non è mio costume fare recensioni negative. Purtroppo sono costretto dalla lunga permanenza in lima per motivi familiari in questo appartamento. Abbiamo cambiato due appartamenti, prima di trovarne uno decente. Tutti gli appartamenti appartenenti allo stesso proprietario sono puliti da una signora per mezz'ora ogni due giorni. Vi potete immaginare lo sporco accumulato da incuria e nessuna attenzione. Armadi pieni di robaccia. Muffa ovunque. Finestre non fissate e sporche luride. Posizionato vicino ad una discoteca assordante la notte. Proprietario indisponente è interessato solo ai soldi. Fili elettrici scoperti. Armadi vecchi che puzzano di stantio....
