I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. My girlfriend and I ordered the largest pizza, spent a fair amount of money, and were finishing our meal when the owner (or manager) rudely demand we hurry up and leave.
The waitstaff had already come over to take payment from us and other diners, which we were happy to settle, understanding that they were closing soon. However, just as my girlfriend was down to her last few bites, the owner abruptly came over and, instead of talking to us politely, he practically demanded that we leave. There was no courtesy, no professionalism—just an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude toward paying customers.
To make matters worse, staff were still busy, so it’s not as if they were waiting on us to leave. The comment felt completely unnecessary and just left a bad taste in our mouths.
Speaking of bad taste, the pizza itself was underwhelming. The base was lifeless and had a cardboard-like texture, and while the toppings were decent, the pizza was so soggy that I had to use multiple napkins to soak up excess moisture. It was something I could have overlooked had the service not been so poor.
If you’re okay with being treated poorly after spending your money, then by all means, dine here. But if you expect even basic respect as a paying customer, I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere. The food isn’t worth the attitude.
Response to owner
It’s fascinating how you’ve managed to completely miss the point. The issue was never about staying past closing—it was about the your rudeness. My girlfriend was literally on her last bite when we were abruptly told to leave. We weren’t lingering, we weren’t being difficult—we were finishing the meal we PAID FOR.
Spare me the lecture on Lima’s transportation—we are from Lima, and if you’re going to make weak excuses, at least make sure they make sense. Rather than using your response to express how much you resent tourists, perhaps work on not being so rude that you mistake locals for them. If you can’t even treat people from your own city with basic courtesy, it’s no wonder your service is this bad!!! Instead of justifying poor customer service, maybe focus on...
Read moreThe pizza at this restaurant was subpar—lifeless, soggy, and utterly forgettable. The base had the texture of cardboard, and there was so much excess moisture that I had to use multiple napkins to soak it up. Honestly, even Pizza Hut does a better job, and that’s saying something.
On top of that, the service was just as bad. The manager is just arrogant and rude.
If you don’t mind mediocre food and crap service, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I’d suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Your excuse doesn’t hold up. We had already paid, and my girlfriend was literally on her last three bites when you rudely told us to leave. The issue isn’t closing time—it’s the disgraceful way paying customers are treated.
If staying open long enough for someone to finish the final bite of their meal is such a problem, maybe stop accepting customers 40 minutes before closing to ensure a smoother shutdown. I’ve run several resto-bars myself, and I know that your reasoning is nonsense. The truth is, you're just unnecessarily...
Read moreWell this is the place with great pizza I've been looking for. Looking on other bad reviews I can say that something is wrong with those people, I constantly see tourists out there, and the man (owner) himself, sometimes helping to his personnel. Pretty nice guy, every time asks if you like everything. Regarding the actual pizza taste, some people said it has too thin base - please read again what is pizza, idk go visit Italy or so, and stop writing some nonsense. Pizza is brilliant here, plus they give you olive oil additionally. Well personally I like Sicilian pizza. So I hope you guys will expand a little, because people are staying in line and waiting for free table usually,...
