I had the pleasure of staying at this extraordinary hotel, and I can confidently say that it was an experience I will cherish forever. What sets this place apart is the genuine kindness displayed by the owner and the exceptional service provided by the staff.

From the moment I arrived, the owner Rene and his wife made us feel like valued guests. Their warm welcome and personal attention made me feel instantly at home. Throughout my stay, they continuously checked in to ensure I had everything I needed and that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their kindness and dedication were truly heartwarming.

Klenton at this hotel deserve special recognition for their outstanding service. Every interaction with them was a delight. They were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. No request was too trivial or too late at night. I remember one particular incident when I needed assistance in the middle of the night. I was pleasantly surprised when the phone was answered promptly, and the Rene the owner on the other end was polite, understanding, and eager to help. Their willingness to go the extra mile even during the late hours speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Not only was the service exceptional, but the accommodations were also superb. My room was tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and provided all the comforts I could ask for. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room was evident, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. It was evident that the hotel took great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

I gave this lodge 5 stars based on value for money, comfort, and unbelievably excellent service.||Value for money. The essentials are all good: comfortable, clean, warm beds. Hot shower. Simple but wholesome breakfast.||Service. We simply did not deserve the level of service provided to us. Rene, Bill, and the whole staff went so far out of their way to make us comfortable.||Bill played music at breakfast specifically for us. He patiently catered to requests from older parents. He cheerfully made us omelettes every morning. He helped with bags.||Rene, the manager, was the soul of our visit to the Sacred Valley. When we arrived and mentioned that we needed to find some transportation to visit sites in the area, Rene quickly went from our host to our guide for everything. He personally showed us the Ollyantambo Inca ruins, the Pisac ruins, and many other places. He shared local folk tales and history. He explained the context of the culture. He explained local food to us. He prepped us for Macchu Picchu.||Spending time with Rene gave me a deep respect for the culture of the Sacred Valley in the past and present. I owe so much of the quality of my visit to Rene personally....

Our two-night stay at Hotel Humantay Lodge was a wonderful experience. Tucked next to a peaceful river, the setting of the lodge is simply beautiful. Surrounded by mountains, the views from the lodge are breathtaking.

The hotel's location is convenient, with Ollantaytambo Plaza just a short five-minute walk away and the Ollantaytambo archaeological site reachable in eight minutes on foot. This proximity made exploring the town and its historical sites effortless.

We were warmly greeted by Rene, who manages the lodge. Rene's kindness, flexibility, and helpful recommendations greatly enhanced our stay. He provided valuable advice on places to visit and assisted us in arranging transportation to nearby archaeological sites.

The breakfast served at the lodge was delicious and provided a pleasant start to our days. Overall, our experience at Hotel Humantay Lodge was excellent, thanks to its peaceful setting, attentive service, and convenient location.
