if you want to have UNCOMFORTABLE BAD STAY experience, book here! got a premiere couple room from Agoda - however, the room we had was not what was advertised. no table and chair inside. cabinet is old, dirty and has cockroaches. water doesn't have enough pressure. room is not clean. no toiletries - we asked for this but the staff said they don't have toiletries. towels are worn out and yucky. leaking AC inside so waters are around the flooring. staffs are rude. stayed for 2 days but only provided 2 bottled water, we asked for another bottle but they refused to provide. pool is dirty they don't replace the water. too noisy - they let people drink late night at the pool area making loud noises. early morning noises as well. people are shouting outside the room. STAFFS ARE RUDE, UNACCOMODATING!!!! WORST...

Room is not good coz there is a lot of mosquitoes, even if the windows are not open. Blanket is not the totally blanket it is a Foam Cover with Zipper . No Toiletries , I ask the front desk , she said they’re out of stocks for the free toiletries , but they are selling , What a good Technique for your customers stop scamming your customer I know it’s a business but Toiletries are always included , 👎👎👎 Shower head is not good , Towels looks like rags , 👎👎👎 The Door in the loo is broken , other things also are broken like everything is Broken inside the Room . The staff are not approachable .. Not Happy Customer here 👎👎👎.. Please make your Hotel Better if you wanted to have a lot of customers .. it’s just a piece of advise your doing...

I'm giving this 2 stars because somehow it meet my expectations for the price I paid.

I stayed here for a night so I can be early at the airport.

The room I was in was airconditioned, however it is too dark as it only had 2 lights. They could use a much bigger pillows as those they had was very cheap. The bathroom has bidet, but the walls are thin I can hear someone brushing their teeth. They had pool, though I never tried.

The location is just Ok, near the convenience store and restaurants.

Their internet connection was just fine.

The lady I talked to at the front desk was rather happy to...
