I would strongly not recommend this hotel. ||The hotel is used as a quarantine facility with the rate 2,000 php/day. For this price I want to have the proper breakfast, lunch and dinner, that will include fruits and vegetables. But instead I receive rice three times per day and something fried in a lot of oil - pork fat, soy meat, etc. ||This hotel host COVID positive people who is required a good food, fruits, vegetables, meat, chicken but instead only rice all the time. No chicken, no beef was served to me. When I asked reception why do I get this type of food when I pay 2,000 php and how do you want covid positive people to recover from the illness the receptionist said “all people receive the same type of food”. Yes, sure, but I pay for it 2,000 php and the price is higher than average price in the hotel in the Philippines, it is not my choice but this is choice of LGU that forced me to stay in your hotel and pay to you 2,000 php per night. Does Department of Health (DOH) know about this? If they don’t know then I will make sure they do.||To get hot water I need to call reception multiple times and the girl at the reception just hung up on me all the time, is this a service you would like to have? I don’t and this for sure. ||I attach a photo of the bath tube that I scared to use as it can just break under my weight that is just 49 kg and there is something disgusting attached to this bath tube that you can see on...
Read moreThis should be 3.5 stars but with the overall experience I rounded up instead of down. When I saw this place from a distance I thought, "Oh my God we are going to get kidnapped." The paint is coming off and it looks like a slum but after you go into the lobby you can tell the inside is kept up pretty good. Not the cleanest but definitely not dirty. Bedding was clean. It's old so there are signs of wear and tear. NO ROACHES which is a huge plus. Air is COLD, fridge is COLD, hot water is hot, I felt safe inside the hotel but not so much outside near the walking strip. Staff is very professional and friendly with the exception of the restaurant workers in the back. We walked in that door by mistake and there were 3 guys in the back (probably bus boys or janitors) that kept giving my gf a creepy stare and looking her up and down. It made her feel like a piece of meat. Other than them, the workers were super. The room didn't quite look like the pics on Agoda but it wasn't terrible. If you book through Agoda this place will charge an extra P20 (about 40 cents USD) per head per night. Electricity would randomly go on and off and that was a little annoying but nothing major. All in all, I would...
Read moreWe booked 3 rooms at this hotel and stayed for 2 nights at an affordable price. The rooms' wooden flooring look old but were okay with huge beds which can actually accommodate 3 people, aircon, fridge, table, cabinet with a safety box, wall TV, lampshade, couch and a bathtub. The hotel also has a free wifi, an outdoor pool, a restaurant and car park. Through these amenities, our stay went just fine despite some minor issues we encountered such as 2 of the rooms we booked smelled awful (mostly cigarette smell), no bathroom mats so puddles of water could not be avoided in the bathroom and a room had no bathtub stopper. When we asked, there were no available mats at that moment. Same through with the boiler. We were not informed that boilers could actually be given upon request until we dropped by at the resto where a wonderful staff informed us about it. Also, the items (cola drinks, water, C2 etc) in the fridge were not free, 😂 so becareful as you might have additional bill if you consume these. In general, our stay in this hotel was the best among some other hotels we checked in before considering the amenities and affordability regardless of the said...
