Bathrooms say no toilet paper down toilet which is both gross and annoying. The towels provided smelled musty and did not dry well (they were soft though at least). The room was poorly sealed and mosquitos flew in. Mattress was WAY too soft and even though we flipped it I woke up feeling stiff and sore every day. The pillow sheets also smelled musty and we had to remove them. The outlets were loose and there were only two of them. Charging things was difficult. There is absolutely no bathroom shelf space, makes leaving things like toothpaste or shampoo in the bathroom difficult. The shower head has next to no water pressure which made showering difficult as well. The Ac worked well for the room size at least though and the room would cool quickly and stayed cool easily. Unfortunately, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The owners could probably consider replacing the lumpy pillows and the non-drying fluffy towels with better quality ones. I'd also put curtains on room 1 in the Queen's Rooms as the windows are very large and let too much light through...
