Hotel Celeste — Hotel in Makati

Not A good choice ? Celeste Makati Philippines Fumigated Hotel? on Friday 5th April 25 ! while Me! and all Hotel Guests in Hotel .? With Poisonous Chemicals At 11.30 pm while asleep in rooms , Pesticides Used ?? ?? Very Toxic! Very Deadly Practice Came through Air cond systems And In Elevator, Everywhere In Hotel ! Even Taste On Glass"s and Cups Unwashed From Kitchen ? I Was Sick As In Morning this chemical went through my CPAP Machine, and i have Copd Lung Disease, so you can not even guess how sick i became! Flew out Sat 6th back Home still Suffering from Headaches and Nausea ! A Very Long And ill Flight !! They never indicated that they were going to Fumigate that night ? I booked in that day at 2pm Not a word said ! Posted a letter under my door to say they were spraying that night! I was asleep, so i did not get a chance to read And learn what was going on ! when i fronted them in the morning .Sick as, they did not have a Clue that this was not Acceptable, And Dangerous, While Hotel Guests are in there Rooms Asleep! No One to Talk to That had any Level Of Management? Just Naive Girl on front desk Who Could Not Care Less And Could"nt Care That this was Also Hurting Her ! and All the Other Employees Also? Management Knew what they where Doing! As this is a Monthly Program!! So what Infestation are they trying To Contain ? So if you have been Unwell After staying at this Hotel you may now have a clue why ? They Sent me a letter saying they would look into these Practices? I would say they Would do nothing ! As they also said they would Refund Half my Money I Paid Up Front ! at Hotel! Although This Not About Money They Cannot Even Get that Right? As they did"nt JUST Half Poison Me ? Booked ON ! Booking Dot Com. And Still Waiting To Hear From Them As Apology letters sent through Them To Me , They are yet to do so 10 Days Later? So As you can Tell I;m not happy at all. With This OHS NightMare Hotel!!! .My next Move Is to Write to Philippines Health Department ! As This Could Have Killed A Infant with Respiratory Problems!! Like Anything in The Philippines, There Never Seems to be any one of Authority to Take Control or sort the problem ? Management seems to run and hide ? I guess it seems To Be a "Third world Mentality" to Avoid Any conflict, or problems! And let someone Else Who Is ill Equipped to Handle it??...

These guys seriously know how to impress their guest. We spent our 10th year wedding anniversary here recently and the management and staff of this hotel went all out to making sure our stay was an unforgettable one.

Reservations was efficiently handled as they warmly welcomed us. They served us this basil lemon drink that was so good I have this urge to try to recreate it for ourselves.

We stepped out to hear evening mass at the nearby Greenbelt Chapel and when we returned we were amazed to see our bed decorated with rose petals. Not sure if the photos we took give justice because the room truly looked amazing. At the glass table they gave us complimentary 2 superb chocolate slices with icing greeting us on our 10th year anniversary.

We also adore the grand piano at the lobby. Guest like us can use it and that evening it was such a treat for us that they had a performer play delightful music as we relaxed in the evening.

We have had the chance to stay at this hotel several times already and all the rooms they have given us are all elegantly decorated. Its also worth noting that their bathrooms are really spacious and have great L'Occitane toiletries. They also provide a complimentary foot massage particularly wonderful after a tiring day strolling in the greenbelt area.

The wonderful staff at this hotel should be congratulated for such an amazing service. They continue to provide top notch service and leave wonderful memories for their guest. Truly they give us so many reasons to keep...

Location-wise, it's very convenient. Rooms are clean, except for the moldy shower head. Service, now this is where we have a lot to say. Our 2 nights booking included welcome drinks and passes to NYE Gala Dinner. The welcome drinks NEVER came. On our first night, we had to call the Engineering team because the aircon HAS A LEAK which made the floor beneath accumulate a puddle of water and not safe to walk through. Now the worst part, on Dec.31, 2024 8pm, we called the front desk and clarified which party our package has, the NYE Gala Dinner OR the Roofdeck NYE Countdown Party because different staffs tell us different statements. Frontdesk said they don't have our names in the Gala Dinner so we might as well be in the Roofdeck NYE Countdown Party. Come 10pm, we went to the Roofdeck, only to be REFUSED ENTRY and HUMILIATED. They said our names were also NOT in their Attendees' List. We were ASKED to clarify to Front Desk (which we believe they should have done instead). We went down, the receptionist informed us that the Gala Dinner is ALREADY OVER, much to our dismay. Front Desk made some calls and ADMITTED that the RESERVATIONS Team had LAPSES and the whole ordeal was a RESULT OF THEIR MISCOMMUNICATION. In the end, they gave us tickets back to the Roofdeck NYE Countdown Party. So yeah, Hotel Celeste ruined our NYE, my birthday night and our whole stay. Clearly we are not...
