We booked this hotel because of its location as we have a last minute training in Ayala Avenue. ||The check in and stay is ok. Breakfast is average. Good food and presented well. Once you need a taxi, it is always available outside. A minute walk only to nearby malls.||Come checking out. I paid through credit card. Since this is official business, I shall have it reimbursed to my company. However, I have not noticed that the official receipt given was incomplete with the amount of our deposit since deposit was made by my co-employee.||We departed and just noticed it when we arrived at our company which is located in Region 4B. ||I immediately called their hotline and emailed their “official” email address. But, to my surprise, I learned after calling so many times (2 weeks) that they have no access to their official email and that they forgot the password already. ||I was not in good mood already but I stayed calm. I asked them to forward me to Accounting department for clearer conversation but Accounting staff went somewhere during office hour. ||In the end, this hotel is not guest friendly. Once you are out of their compound, you will not be entertained anymore. ||More training for your front office associates are needed, especially the girl whom I had my first call. Her voice connotes that she is irritated by my inquiry and request. Not hospitable. She is even asking me to go and see them personally to discuss my concern. What is that for? Can we not do it through phone or email?||They also have no scanning machine. They are asking for fax number of my company but unfortunately, we do not use that medium anymore. Try to upgrade your office equipment soon! Seriously? No scanning device?||I will definitely tell my company not to book your...
Read moreThe staff, service, rooms and food here is top notch! The building size compared to the surrounding hotels may seem "out of place" or "shifty" at first, but it is truly one of a kind - small but spacious, very clean and has a genuine sense of "home". I highly recommend the City View Suite, great views of A. Arnaiz Avenue and the soaring cityscape above it. Tower Inn is extremely close to luxury shopping destination Greenbelt (that houses Yves Saint Laurent, Zara, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo and Chanel among others), Landmark, SM Makati (hellooo Forever 21 and H&M!) and Glorietta. As well as a multitude of restaurants and bars to keep you fed for hours. Furthermore, Tower Inn has its own Merienda buffet sessions (I think during the afternoons on a specific day [please ask management!]) at Nick's Cafe, that also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (highly recommend the Filipino Breakfast with Native Longganisa). WiFi does involve you asking for the password at the front desk.
Overall, 5/5 and I would recommend this hotel for either work or...
