I recently had the pleasure of dining at Makati Diamond Residences and I must say, the experience left me with a mix of positive and negative impressions. Let's start with the highlights.

First and foremost, the food at Makati Diamond Residences is truly exceptional. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The chefs here definitely know their craft, and I highly recommend trying their menu. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a delightful experience.

In addition to the delectable food, the location of Makati Diamond Residences is another plus point. It is conveniently situated in an easily accessible area, making it a great choice for both locals and tourists. Whether you're driving or taking public transportation, reaching the restaurant is hassle-free, which adds to the overall convenience of dining there.

Moreover, the establishment boasts fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which is a huge advantage in today's digital age. Whether you're dining alone or with friends, you can easily stay connected and share your experience with others. The speedy internet connection enhances the overall dining experience, especially for those who like to stay connected or work while enjoying a meal.

Another aspect worth mentioning is the impeccable washroom areas at Makati Diamond Residences. The cleanliness and attention to detail in maintaining these facilities were commendable. It's always a relief to find a spotless and well-maintained restroom, especially in a busy restaurant setting.

Furthermore, the tight security measures in place at Makati Diamond Residences ensure a safe and secure dining experience. The staff was vigilant and constantly present, providing a sense of comfort to diners. I appreciated the attention given to maintaining a secure environment, which added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.

However, it's important to note that one drawback I encountered was the expensive parking fee. It was quite disappointing to find that the cost of parking was disproportionately high compared to other establishments in the area. While the overall dining experience was excellent, this additional expense left a bitter taste in my mouth. It would be beneficial if the management could reconsider their parking fees to provide a more reasonable option for guests.

Lastly, I must mention the helpfulness and professionalism of the waiters at Makati Diamond Residences. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Their presence and assistance added a personal touch to the service, making me feel...

Woooow, this is truly a 5 star hotel. Sorry management, Google does not have 6 stars to give you. Stayed at the hotel from the 28th to the 31st on the eight floor and we were treated like loyalty, the check-in was done by Kevin, MJ, and Neil, it started with wrong footings by not having the room with the king size bed that we paid for in our reservation but Kevin rectified this mess by giving us a room with two queen size beds then room service came in and combined the two queen beds into one, it was the largest bed i have ever slept in it in my life " please see the pictures of the largest bed ever ". The check-in was almost 45 minutes long. The room service was done daily by " Robin and Charlene" in the eighth floor and woooow, the room was super clean with fresh towels every day and resupply of coffee and tea " please see the goose like towel wrapped on the bed" great job management for the excellent training provided to all the staff, I am sure this is not an easy job. Food service was beyond excellent or superb, provided by the Asher Ms. Armie who showed us to our dining table, then the gentlemen that waited on us "Jeff and Michael" thank you Michael for serving us the best Guava and strawberry juice and well done scrambled eggs. The cook, Albert cooked the best pumpkin soup I have had, good job Mr. Albert. There was only one or two kinds of Cheese for breakfast but many kind pf bread to select. The fruit selection was awesome. The Hotel checkout was made by Michelle and Irish which was done super-fast, better than the 45 minutes check in by Kevin. Thank you Management for the super security and dog sniffing K9 to make sure we/guests are safe, all of this work provided an exceptional treatment, security and experience. Used the exercise room which had everything for a good workout, sorry didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool and the Philippine food on the last floor to give an opinion. The hotel was only 8 minutes’ walk to a super large mall and a food court right on the side of the hotel. Will 100% book again in the same hotel next year when i visit if the prices are not jacked up.

Stayed here more than once during our vacation (when we arrived to Manila and when we were leaving Manila). Our first stay was in a one bedroom suite - probably the most comfortable bed I have ever had in any hotel. Place was filled with amenities, washing machine, kitchen with drinking water and snacks, a dining room, a tv in the living room and another in the bedroom, a working space, and a large washroom with walk in shower. There are many places to dine within the hotel and room service is also available. Our second stay was in another one bedroom suite (bigger room with check in on the 27th floor and access to the club lounge). Tbh the bed was left comfortable than in the first (smaller) room, and the couch was less comfy, but the shower was much better. The club lounge had Happy Hour from 17:00-19:00 with a free selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and a snack buffet. Some guests took advantage of the buffet and basically stuffed their faces so they didn’t have to pay for dinner 😒 and some guests consider smart casual tank tops, shorts and flip flops. They also have a good selection of wine (and the red wine is actually room temperature and not cold! 😍) The club lounge also offers breakfast instead of going to the Alfred restaurant on the ground floor or the Filipino breakfast. We went to check it out, and it looked good, but we still preferred the Filipino breakfast buffet on the deck floor. We also asked for airport pick up both times — very comfortable vehicles each time and safe drivers. The hotel has a great location across the street for Greenbelt Mall with tons of restaurants or shopping and is also near many 711s, banks, and grocery stores. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay completely and would come back here again next time we’re in the Philippines.

Location: It is probably one of the best family hotels in the Ayala CBD. Just walk across to Greenbelt 5 and towards the many malls it is connected with. There are 2 7-11s beside the hotel so if you ever want a late night snack, just head over there. Also just 30mins to the airport including traffic. Room: Super clean and spacious. Everything was just perfect. We had to request for a microwave as it was not in the room when we arrived. There is a washing machine which was great coz we stayed for a week in this hotel. The bed was super comfy, there was a smaller bed/single sofabed beside the king bed which was also very comfy. The sofa was also huge. There is a dining area with a fridge plus a water purifier so you can have meals in the room. Our room was cleaned daily by the room service staff and she did it perfectly. We even gave her a box of donuts coz she really did an excellent job always making our room superbly clean when we arrived back in the evening after roaming around. Toilet didnt have a bathtub though but the rainshower was the biggest rainshower Ive seen and it was so nice to have a shower under it. Hotel staff: As most hotels in the Philippines. Staff are always super friendly and will always give you a warm greeting. Pool: Covered so you wont have to worry about the rain. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a family of 4. Excellent location, comfy bed and sofa, great room facilities for a week's stay.
