We’ve been to several BBQ Chicken branches, but this one at The Shops blows them all out of the water! It’s not just good — it’s phenomenal. Every time we come here, it feels like a treat we can’t get enough of.

The food is unreal — chicken that’s unbelievably crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavor in every bite. Whether it’s the golden original or something spicy and saucy, it’s always cooked to absolute perfection. We honestly crave it all the time!

But what makes this branch truly unbeatable is the service. The staff here are on another level — so warm, so friendly, and genuinely attentive. It feels like they actually love what they do, and that energy makes the whole experience even better.

Update: Visited again on a weekday during lunch. No one was outside to greet us this time around, and I noticed they were short-staffed as we walked in. We signaled the waitress and found a vacant table to our liking. The crowd was mostly office workers on break and a few locals—easy to spot since they kept staring (unlike tourists who just do their thing). The food was consistently good, and the overall vibe was nice, but a couple of tables gave off judgmental energy, which was a little off-putting. Maybe it was just me, but it kind of killed the mood. fresh from last night; no unli beer?! me and my friends were here the previous night and they have it. then they also confirmed that it's available the next day. even got the new promo photo. but no... it's just so disappointing, there's no continuity and no proper information.
