Let me share my Key Coffee Cart Signature Sips experience at Key Coffee Kissaten- these are the varieties that we are able to try.
🤍☕️White Kissa Latte- double shot espresso, milk, homemade white chocolate cream sauce, creamy foam, and cinnamon. Very straightforward, creamy blend but the taste of coffee is still noticeable.
🍯☕️Honey Roasted Almond Latte- double espresso, milk with honey, almond toffee crumble. creamy foam. This is a subtly flavored latte with a bit of sweetness and crunch.
🫐☕️Burnt Blueberry Cheesecake Latte- double shot espresso, milk, blueberry, brown toffee crumble. hand-torched creamy foam. edible flavors. Espresso Flavor that was not overpowering with the blueberry cheesecake that tied it all together. The balance of flavor is perfect.
🍵🥛Double Rich Matcha Latte- ceremonial grade matcha, milk, creamy foam. I am not really a matcha lover but this can be a go-to drink for those who want to relax, sit back, and just enjoy the beverage.
🍓🍫White Choco Ichigo Latte- strawberry, milk, house-made white chocolate sauce, pearls, creamy foam. If you are a dessert lover you will enjoy this for sure! Totally delicious with a joyful blend of fruit, chocolate, and milk.
🍕🧀Nori three Cheese pizza- my daughter loved it since all the flavors that she wanted are in this pizza. Healthy, savory and delicious.
🍝🍳Kissa Classic red sauce spaghetti- served in a sizzling plate. It really does worked well with egg to add a little bit finish.
🥐🍓Strawberry Croissant-another kids fave! Flakey, buttery golden croissant filled with sweet strawberries finished with dusting powdered sugar.
🍟Okonomiyaki Fries- I just love this since I’m really a big fan of savory food over sweeter ones. Upgraded French fries!
🍔 Burger- just melted in your mouth and blended well with the flavor of cheese. Served with chips on the side

Read moreI live in TKY,JP where there are thousands of these Key Coffee chain cafés, and I often go here to find a quiet place to work & do my emails, or have a quick drink & smoke. I was very surprised to see the brand open to the Philippines. I was impressed by the interior design of the café as it looked much better than anything I've seen in Japan. Unfortunately, the service quickly destroyed my amazement.
Went here on Oct 4, arround 9PM. Ordered a takeout drink for the road. After ordering & paying, staff points me to the inside and tells me to wait for my name to be called. I proceed to go inside to wait for my order, see many tables and chairs, and sit. Shorty after, I'm approached by staff saying that I'm not allowed to sit as all the seats are reserved for dine-in customers only. Confused, I stand back up and see my order waiting for me at the cashier counter. I exit the cafe and think to myself, why did they ask me to come inside? Why did they kick me out of my chair? Why didn't they call my name when my order was ready? Why didn't they give me my order at my seat?
What was supposed to be a quick take-out, turned into confusion & frustration. I realize now that the Key Coffee group in the PH must be marketing the brand as "high end", or some kind of "fine dining" restaurant. I don't hate them for that, but anyone who's familiar with the brand will know that this is a fast food chain, often run by senior citizens where the owners themselves are the staff. Imagine going into McDonalds or Jolibee for take-out, & the staff tells you that you're not allowed to sit inside while waiting. 😕
I suggest changing the name to avoid confusion in the future, because what you've created here does not resemble the brand at all. I'm sure the coffee was good, but all i could taste at that moment was...
Read moreI had brunch on a Sunday morning at Key Coffee Kissaten in Mitsukoshi BGC, and it was a premium experience with many exquisite food choices. The food and ambience were amazing, but I had a bit of a hassle with the payment system.
Everything on the menu is quite pricey, but the amazing quality of their cooking makes it worth it. ➢ My favorite was the Karaage & Waffles. The karaage was cooked perfectly with a great texture. Pairing it with maple syrup and miso butter on the croissant waffles made the dish even more amazing. ➢ It was my first time trying something like the Horje-san Truffle Egg Katsu Sando. The eggs had a unique texture that felt like they were melting in my mouth. ➢ The Banana Caramel & Cream French Toast is perfect for those looking for a sweet treat. ➢ The Key Coffee Signature Toarco Toraja had a very unique taste with a sweet aftertaste. ➢ Sadly, the melon soda was not carbonated at all. It tasted just like sweet juice.
The customer service was great. All of the staff were nice and attentive. However, I had a real hassle when I paid for the bill. Their credit card terminal wasn't working, and I had to pay with cash. This was a bit of a surprise since every other shop in Mitsukoshi had a working terminal.
The ambience is great. The space was clean, the seats were cozy, and the acoustics were excellent, making it a comfortable place to dine.
Overall, I would highly recommend trying their Karaage & Waffles and the Horje-san Truffle Egg...
