The BEST Service & Hotel On The Island. A MUST STAY!!!! There’s so much I can say about this place. I’ll start with the location which is right on the beachfront. If you have never been to Boracay before you may think you need to stay directly next to White Beach.. you don’t and can stay elsewhere and walk the 10 minutes to White Beach if that’s where you want to go. You could also just cross the road from the hotel and be at a different beach. The place looks much better in person than the photos will show. The rooms are incredibly spacious kitted out with workspace desks, large beds, a double balcony and enormous bathroom with shower facilities and I have to say I was impressed. There is a rooftop deck and Jacuzzi that the staff will have on for you if you request. One of the most exceptional things about this place is the staff and service received for absolutely everything, from recommendations, additional touches and support. I had an accident in the streets of Boracay with a tuk tuk and was not injured but the hotel sent staff out to the scene to make sure I was ok, spoke with all affected parties on my behalf and arranged everything for me to ensure I was safe, healthy and everyone was made whole. I have heard horror stories of tourists abroad involved in accidents and scams but these guys were so caring and went above and beyond all expectations to ensure I was fine and whole and it had nothing to do with them and was not their responsibility to do so. I will 100% be back to stay here and cannot thank Sam and the team enough for ensuring my stay was brilliant. If you want a hotel on a beachfront with the most exceptional and supportive staff to take care of you… THIS IS IT. Oh and the price is great too ha

Service was outstanding - friendly, helpful, responsive. I hate to say anything negative about our stay but others have said some negative things and for the sake of being informative I would like to address some of them. 1) The internet connection was pretty atrocious. We work remotely and fortunately the time zones were such that we worked remotely around midnight and early mornings when the hotel WiFi was less stressed. We reported the problem to the front desk and next day technicians worked all day on the system. To no avail. This is Boracay, a party island. This is the Philippines, look at the tangle of cables strung from the power poles. Use your cellular hot spot. 2) Ocean view rooms, there is no such thing here. If you have a balcony the balcony will have a view sort of. The French doors out to the balcony are frosted glass. The room has no view. 3) Windy. Bulabog Beach is ideal for wind surfing - constant trade winds from the east slow to a breeze up on the balcony where you can enjoy watching the spectacular water sports being put on by people more athletic than us. 4) On site English breakfast very good but get the bacon.

Rooms: neat, complete, relaxing! Service: couldn't ask for more!!!! Every staff are very welcoming and assistive. Especially with the receptionist during our stay, she's such a sweet and kind gal! Kuya guard who also stay during night, was so kind too!! Every need we've asked, was met! If we need assistance in calling trycicle, they also volunteer to drive and call us a tryc :) I must say, me and my friends are really satisfied with their service 🄰 Location: perfect if you love laid back vacation. Relaxing since it's a pretty chill area, all you hear are the birds chirping, the waves from the Bolabog beach, and the trees surrounded are just swaying. Also walking in less than 15minutes to the white beach were never boring!! I love the sun touches my skin and strolling around the area :)

My husband and I recently stayed at Room 202 in this hotel, and our experience was far from satisfactory. Prior to booking, we explicitly communicated our need for a stable internet connection due to remote work requirements. We were assured that the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, but the reality was quite the opposite.

Upon checking in, we immediately noticed frequent disconnections, making it nearly impossible to use the internet. We approached the management to address the issue, but instead of a resolution, we were told it was the first time they had heard of such a problem. Frustrated, we suggested having it checked the next morning, but to our dismay, no one came to resolve the issue.

The following day, we contacted the hotel again, expressing our dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, the promised resolution was still absent. Adding to our disappointment, the breakfast served was subpar, with the beef tapa being excessively tough to chew.

Deciding that we could not endure the remaining days with such poor service, we chose to cancel the rest of our stay. Upon requesting a 30-minute late checkout for our convenience in finding another hotel, the manager callously denied our request, citing other guests checking in, even though the hotel was far from fully occupied.

What appalled us the most was the lack of apology, empathy, or any form of effort to rectify the situation. Despite our unpleasant experience, the management seemed indifferent to our inconvenience. We would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as the unsatisfactory customer service left a lasting negative impression. Our expectations for a comfortable and productive stay were clearly not met, and we regret choosing Aira for our...

We booked Aira Boracay for 4 nights/5days, just the standard room for my birthday month. They had balloons and a happy birthday greeting at the wall of our room. The shower/cr is clean and tiles are new. The bed is perfect with the pillows. The blanket was thin but they offered to give us comforters (each!) at no additional cost! There is a big balcony back to back. We’ve hanged our wet items and felt safe that cctvs are everywhere.||Maybe a little improvement would be the elevator, yes it was new but the lights were out though the receptionist was very informative about it and it didn't bother us at all thus still 5 star rating.||Rooftop view was spectacular. It was quiet during the night away from the loud croud of the front beach. But we felt secured as we were able to talk to their security personnel during the night assuring us no crimes in the vicinity only the street dogs which were harmless.||Cleaning was also offered at no additional cost. The two receptionist (morning and afternoon) were all but helpful and accommodating. But our biggest kudos would be to the shuttle driver - even if it is outside the free shuttle hours, he would gladly go out of his way to bring us to our destination without any complaints. He would always say, just message them if we would like to be picked up. A few guests were checked in during our 4 nights stay thus it would seem like the shuttle is our own private ride.||If you are looking for peace and quiet, and a different view (compared to the front beach), Aira Boracay...
