When writing a good review for a restaurant, consider including the following elements:
Introduction: Start with a brief introduction about your visit. Mention the date and time, and if you had any specific occasion for dining there.
Ambiance: Describe the atmosphere of the restaurant. Was it cozy, elegant, or lively? Include details about the decor, lighting, and overall vibe.
Service: Talk about the service you received. Were the staff friendly and attentive? Did they provide any recommendations?
Food Quality: This is the most important part. Describe the dishes you ordered. Were they well-presented? How did they taste? Highlight any standout items.
Value for Money: Consider discussing whether you felt the prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service.
Conclusion: Wrap up with your overall impression and whether you would recommend the restaurant to others or return yourself.
Here’s a brief example:
"I visited the bar for food, and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed right away. We ordered breakfast and dinner, both of which were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The prices were reasonable for the quality...
Read moreI love the staff there and have always had a great experience except for this one time I met some new people there not my friends and some how everything they ordered ended up on my bill then this old man who I think is the owners dad was telling me that if I didn’t pay there bill he was going to make the waitress pay their bill, so kinda like a guilt trip kinda thing and then he tried to fight me for not paying their bill, a bit of a dodgy act
Response to reply: Not sure why a bunch of San Migauls I didn't drink with them were added to my bill.
Also if CCTV was reviewed carefully you would have captured me saying 'Whatever is for them is on their bill'
And if the old man was concerned about the staff, not sure why he was saying what I don't pay for the staff need to pay for.
I'm not upset at the staff, mistakes happen, and as a new local was enjoying spending money there everyday. Unfortunately this has been discontinued as my wife feels like the old man would poison me, also no one should threaten patrons or staff which I'm sure you heard from the CCTV footage. I walk past your venue everyday and will continue to as I'm retired here now.
The staff definitely deserve an apology, but... not my business.
If I get an apology from your dad I'll remove every bad review and continue spending money...
Read moreI want to start by saying that this review comes from a place of constructive criticism, not ill intent. My girlfriend and I were excited to try your highly-rated burgers after a long day of land tours, and we had high hopes based on the glowing reviews we read.
We ordered two burgers: one with a double patty and the other with caramelized onions. The food arrived promptly, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed with the overall taste of the burgers.
First, the buns need some serious attention. They felt almost stale and crumbled apart, reminiscent of a cracker. It made for a rather unpleasant texture, and we ended up mostly eating just the patties.
Speaking of the patties, they lacked seasoning. When they’re smothered in cheese, the combination becomes odd rather than delicious. A bit of seasoning could really elevate the flavor profile.
Lastly, the fries were quite overpowering. They seemed to have been fried in an oil that left a strong, sour aftertaste that lingered long after the meal.
On a positive note, your venue is fantastic! The atmosphere is lively, especially with the TVs showing live international sports, and the drink selection is impressive. However, I really hope you can address the burger...
