No payment, but donation. I have 2 experiences here.

First: I went here around 11 am and I was on queued for almost 15 mins because there's a lot of tourist around this time. and when I was up, I felt rush so I took mine quickly. ⭐️⭐️

Second: I had my morning work in Bulabog Beach, because sunrise is better at this location. I was the only one here and enjoyed taking photos and the sunrise gave better view for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Both times, those in charge were the one who took my photos so I suggest to asked them not to adjust your camera...

For the first visit, we arrived around 11am and found a long queue to take pictures. Locals were there to help take nice photos, but of course they expected tips.

On our second visit, we arrived around 6am to watch the sunrise by the beach. At this time, the locals hadn't started offering photo assistance yet, but there are also tourists who taking long time with their photoshoots.
