The room had a lot of cockroaches,even inside the fridge,and the bed sheets doesn't look like it was changed ! But owner response quick and ask the room attendant to clean it, which they do and change the bedsheets and did some spray for the cockroaches. It's a pity because the condo is new as far as I know but the cockroach infestation is crazy. The condominium Admin should do...

For my 18 years of traveling and using hotels.from 1 star to 5 star hotels.this is my worst experienced.....I still have 2 more night to refund that until now they did not return......I did sent email and messages them many times but until now,I didn't get any answer.hope this will not happen again to anyone who book...

Poor service. Someone was staying at the unit I booked so they gave me a new one of course BUT the cycle doesn't stop. Someone booked it already & they were knocking at the door in the middle of the night! So they had to offer a different room to that person who originally booked my...
