Jollibee — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

Me and wife went there 12:00am on a Sunday. When we arrived there was a Grab driver who was very upset with the delayed order, talking to the door guard. We felt like "maybe this is bad timing?" but we decided we try anyway. We made our order and he told us "12min" after he explained we couldn't order most of the menu because they didn't have it(!?). Meanwhile we waited we saw a lot of people waiting for their orders. At the same time a guy in the kitchen was sweeping the floors. Another refilled the glasses and the manager just slowly loomed around and seem to just poke around with lesser important things. Both me and my wife has long history in the restaurant business, thought it was really odd that everyone was acting so calm when obviously there was A LOT of people waiting for their orders. After a while, maybe 30min they seem to realise that they were far behind because 1 cashier was hammering a bell button and screaming in the mic to the kitchen. Even the Manager seem to wake up and went in there to help. We got our order same time as the waiting Grab driver got his. 40min later..... My wife's spaghetti was more like mushed potatoes and the fries was saggy at one end and stone hard at the same time on the other. No idea how they managed to do that.... I have no idea what was going on. Maybe a really bad day? We won't...

I was in the Jollibee in SM light mall but it's not showing on Google maps. So I chose this as it was a location independent experience. The one in the SM light mall was in fact very nice and clean. But here stops the positive. I ordered an Iced Mocca. Supposingly a Mocca is a chocolate coffee mix drink. This one however I could only taste chocolate and omg it's way too sweet.. like out of this world sweet. This was not my idea of a Mocca and absolutely not my taste at all. Therefore could only give 2 stars even though good service and a clean environment on...

This is the nearest Jollibee branch situated just across our place. For the many times I have bought food in this branch, I have provided feedback on how cheaply and poorly made their paper cups are. The paper cups they use dissolve very easily. In those many instances that I have approached them to provide my feedback, they just simply ignore. Indeed, the crew members of this branch know exactly what listening to their crew members...
