This is the second time that I got duped by this branch (Pioneer center) by giving me incomplete orders which I ordered via drive thru. The first one was a couple of years ago. I had one missing burger order which I found out when I was already home. I complained and was able to talk to the branch manager. She offered to deliver it the following day but i thought of the impracticality of it so i just charged it to experience. I never went back to Pioneer branch for almost 6 months until recently and i always check my order if it is complete before i leave the take out window. Then it happened again tonight. I ordered an 8 pc chichen bucket which i didnt check anymore because i was in a hurry. Lo and behold, upon arriving home, there were only 6 pcs in the bucket! I am very angry right now and disappointed. Quality of food and personnel are deteriorating and credibility declining. Jollibee management, you have to train your personnel well especially those in this branch. O by the way, they told me to wait for 18 mins for the chicken. 07/04/16 (dinner time). Me and my wife ordered The Yum Burger with Cheese Meal (Yum Burger with Cheese, Flavored Fries, Drinks) and upgraded the drink to Blueberry Float. I kindly asked the manager to separate the ice cream float from the blueberry drink as it would melt quickly and I would be consuming it at latter time. This manager informed me that they cannot give a cup for the ice cream and refused to separate it as for the reason the cups are used for their cone twirl ice cream. I asked her, if I am to ask you if I can get a extra cup for water, etc., you would give it to me right? She answered yes. So, I asked her then why can't I get a small/large cup to separate my ice cream on it? What's the logic?? She again refused to give me a cup for my ice cream. I got so pissed off that I cancelled all our orders, asked for my money back, and left the store.

Read moreIt's always a jolly day at Jollibee. We've been renting one of their private rooms for our weekly worship services since April 2022. The management has been so good to us. Of course, their sales grew over time, too. We started with around 45 in attendance. Now, we're averaging 80-90 people. For people in the Philippines, Jollibee is a very common fast food chain. But then, it brings joy to the people. It brings people together, and thr taste and aroma of the food will always trigger happy memories that will remind us of these happy moments with our faith community.
