Starbucks E. Lopez Drive, Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Quezon City

After coming here for a month, 3-4 times a day, asking for a simple brewed coffee, sometimes Hot Chocolate at night, I come for a coffee, they serve me an OLD (Not Fresh) cup of brewed coffee, .... not the first time, so I ask for a fresh one (knowing the Starbucks policy says it should be freshly brewed every one hour)... (also the policy says... if you're not satisfied, let us know, and we'll make it right).... so i return it an i ask for a fresh one please because this one is old and sour already.... less than a minute later, they bring me an Americano..... i return it to throw it away, and i don't want their coffee anymore, because if they are TOO LAZY to make a fresh one, then they shouldn't put it in the policy, but this is NOT THE FIRST TIME..... this is when you DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, you just get cheated by a lazy employee.... THANK YOU STARBUCKS PHILIPPINES. I've been drinking Starbucks coffee since 1996, never was an issue to get what you pay for, until i came here. It's just a simple cup of coffee. Its ok. Nothing special. Chairs and interior doesnt look comfy to hang out with.. maybe they did that and made it that way so people wont stay or hang out that very long. But anyway the place looks okay.. nothing trivial or interesting. They should make more promos or marketing strategies since nothing is interesting about starbucks anymore.. there are plenty of coffee shops that serve the latest and the very best and way tastier than starbucks.. making this shop like one of the old habit kinda hang out place to get coffee.. in short out of trend already.. they need to improve for the better.. lots of shop are popping out.. the name or branding isnt the thing anymore its the quality of drinks and service is what people look for a coffee shop.
