Went to drive thru. Ordered 6 pcs bucket chickenjoy, single order of spaghetti and a pan of palabok. Palabok didnt have shrimps as they ran out. The cashier aksed if we were willing to wait for 10 min for the chicken and we happily obliged and waited in tgeir parking lot. 20 min passed and i had to personally go to the cashier and make a follow up they said they will prioritize my order. Both manager and cashier didnt even apologize. 30 minutes in, a server comes up to our vehicle and handed our orders. When vented out, he apologized for the inconvenience. The crew seemed to be processing orders at a sluggish pace, which resulted in my delivery rider having to wait for an extended period. Consequently, my order took over an hour to arrive, and I want to clarify that this delay was clearly due to the branch's processing time, not the driver's fault.
I urge the management to investigate this matter thoroughly, perhaps through direct observation of their operations during peak hours. There appears to be a clear need to either increase manpower at this branch or significantly enhance the quality of service training to improve efficiency. Read moreThis happened tonight at this Jollibee branch. I thought the food left at the steel countertop was just same order of food by the other customer. Until I realized it’s mine when no one’s being called for the number. I was kind of furious because I noticed that tray of food (which happens to be mine) being left there for the longest time - and no one cares as they are more focus in preparing for the grab food orders. The manager just said “kausapin ko na lang po sila” without knowing how to say sorry. She only said “sorry” to me when I told her of.
