Sbarro in the Philippines is far superior to its counterparts in the U.S and Canada I remember trying a store in Manhattan also at Eaton Center mall in Toronto being utterly disappointed with the quality compared to the ones here in the Philippines… Locally, Sbarro always brings back fond memories of my youth—especially their SM North and SM Megamall branches, which were my go-to date spots back in college. (Ung medyo nag titipid ka pero ok Pa din n pang date place… hehehehe)
I’d like to commend Ate Karen, one of the cashiers in this branch, for her excellent service. Because of her, I truly enjoyed my dining experience here at Ali Mall. With it being just walking distance from my office, I can definitely see myself coming back often.
Sbarro Philippines still has that special charm, and I hope it continues to attract more customers. My only suggestion for improvement is the store’s temperature—it can get quite uncomfortable inside due to the oven placement. Also.. pls bring back the meat sauce option… they apparently discontinued it and I was surprised since it’s my go to sauce for my meat lasagna… Other than that, it’s still one of my favorite spots to enjoy...

It Must be good if you're alone mesmerizing the good food you've tasted. Too bad one star was deducted. Place needs to refurbish. Quite stale for an Italian place that ruins the food that you've got to mesmerized. Service kinda stale, they're not considerate to its customers. They'll just give you back bad vibes if you give them some little extra work. But hey, maybe they need some motivation? Dunno with the manager of this place. Anyhow, must come back...
Read moreI'm actually a Sbarro's fan since many years. But this is the worst managed outlet I visited to far. Despite being a Saturday during lunch time, the 2 slices of different pizza I got (Spinach & Broccoli), were not fresh but from the day before. They put them in the oven for 1 minute, but I had to wait 15 minutes to pay, since the cashier was hopeless. Even then, the pizza was ice cold in its core, like taken out from the fridge. The restaurant was not really busy, but used plates from previous patrons were stapling on 50% of the tables, while about 7 staff were just talking with each other or running aimlessly...
