What an awful experience, we stayed in room 109 the worst location ever, is is situated opositor a not operative fire door exit leading to the main stairs, so every time somebody was going or coming was banging those doors the room has got very thin walls and not sealed doors so I heard various conversations starting from dieting of two women on the corridor, ending to my neighbor complaining to his mum. We had a family room with thee beds those beds are soo narrow, a big guy like me hardly can over turn, tried to join my bed with my wife’s one but keep falling in the gap! There is one chair and one side table for three people meant to acomódate here. My daughter did not want to stay with us she left to stay with her brothers dormitory ! We have chosen this hotel because it was the closest to my sons dorm, BUT never again! The cleaning lady is a cheek, left our glasses and cups dirty without changing them into new ones or just take them so we could have a new one, maybe that doesn’t belong to her duties.we asked for extra pillows this was sorted immediately I regret that I didn’t change the room after the first day but you always hope for better in this case was the opposite .the “hotel” is situated in the city centre very close to Piotrkowska street so on weekend one might find a cruel surprise in the pathway of vomit laying there till birds will eat it! Will give one star for the reception Gents who sorts out our pillows, and a lady reception sullied is with glasses, but we stuck with them. In the same money we could have chosen another hotel bit further to my sons dorm but...
Read moreThe boutique hotel has a wonderful location, being close to Piotrkowska the main street for overall activity like bars and pubs, that makes it a great hotel for staying in Łódź if you want to have a great time, the staff its kind and helpful, always ready to help and to accommodate reasonable requests, the rooms are good but they can be considered pretty tiny and sometimes without wardrobe, overall after 2 weeks it wasn't that much of a problem, breakfast its free to take and its pretty nice, i can't say about the dinner but its 45 zl or around 30 euros.
I really enjoyed my stay here, for the price and the free breakfast this is a very good deal, i would be careful if you have dust allergy to not take the rooms at the ground floor since they have the moquette.
I want to thank especially the receptionist that i met during my stay.
Thank you all for your...
Read moreThe hotel is very well situated, just 200 meter from the main pedestrian street and the center of the town. The street of the hotel itself is rather gloomy, with black or abandoned buildings around, the hotel is inside a inner open space among the buildings, but is fully renovated, with nice rooms and modern furniture, comfortable beds and very good bathroom. A small bottle of water is provided every morning.||On the negative side: there was no wardrobe in my room, not even a hanger to put my clothes. For 4 days, my room and the bathroom were cleaned only once, after I strongly demanded at the reception.||The eating area is good and spacious, although it is situated in the basement. It offers continental breakfast: eggs, ham, butter, cheese, jam, cake, tea, coffee, etc.||I would strongly recommend this hotel, especially if they improve...
