Biesiadowo — Restaurant in Łódź

I am very upset and my mood has been ruined this evening. After I came home from work, I decided to order pizza around 20:16 at this pizza eatery. I was damn hungry by then and was given a delivery Timeslot between 20:29-20:49. The pizza arrived at my place after approximately 2 hours of waiting at 22:37. You can check out all these timestamps in the pictures uploaded.

Since they had their own courier partner they use to deliver food, it was impossible to even track down the courier man within the food delivering app. How would YOU feel being clueless about your food for 2 hours when you're as hungry as hell? Imagine!

After calling them myself and then requesting the consultant to check with them (Wolt called this eatery 3 times on my request), we came to know that the delivery man had some issues on his way.

As a result of the prolonged delay, the pizza was as cold as ice cubes. Besides, it was burnt a bit by the sides(photos included). My experience here has ruined my evening and probably the rest of the night too as I will basically have to cook something for myself before finally taking that MUCH NEEDED rest. The delivered pizza is not worth eating anymore since it's no longer fresh.

To top it all off, I have successfully wasted 53 zlotys in here.

I strongly believe that this review will be helpful for you to decide whether you want to spend your money here or not.

As for the dine-in experience, I have literally no comments since I haven't been here ever. After today's horrible experience, I would love to avoid Biesiadowo at every cost!

It's surprising to see such an unprofessional pizzeria being entertained by so many people at the beautiful street of Piotrkowska which is a tourist attraction. I have failed to understand why people give 5 stars to such places and deceive others. Wasted my time and...

Just want to warn. Two weeks ago, I had a pizza at Pizzeria Biesiadowo, I with my friends were sitting on the street side of this Pizzeria, after some time there were 2 guys that engaged a fight with us. All the waitress were ladies so they couldn't help us, but just before the fight the manager asked us if everything is ok, because this guys sat at our table and started to speak loudly, we said no and... he just went away... After the fight no one wanted to continue eating and the pizzeria was closing, so the just give us a bill and asked...

Wrażenia ogółem słabe. Choć pizza podana po około 10 minutach, to już na kebab trzeba było czekać ponad pół godziny (choć przynajmniej nas o tym uprzedzono). Pizza źle pokrojona - tylko z wierzchu ledwo ciachnięta i trzeba było ją ciąć podanym tępym nożem. Nikt nie spytał o sos do kebaba, a mimo to wysmarowano bułkę sosem czosnkowym, bez żadnego zastanowienia, że ktoś może takiego nie lubić i życzyć sobie jakiś inny... Co więcej kebab był niezbyt smaczny i w środku było baaaardzo mało mięsa - jak na cenę 13 zł, kompletnie nieopłacalne. W środku unosiła się niezbyt przyjemna woń z pieca do piccy. Nazwy dań, umieszczone w karcie niestety są dość tandetne, choć domyślam się, że zdaniem autora miały być zabawne. Ceny drinków, czy tzw. shotów całkowicie zniechęcają. Toaleta niezbyt zadbana, brudna podłoga i brak jakiejkolwiek zasuwy w kabinach. Piwo lane całkiem nienajgorsze. Na + na pewno, że puszczają czasem mecze z projektora ale niestety zazwyczaj jakieś tandetne rozgrywki/ligi (zdecydowanie brakuje transmisji z meczów polskiej Lotto Ekstraklasy i Nice 1. Ligi). Wystrój wnętrza przeciętny, ale nie budzi większych zastrzeżeń. Niestety konstrukcja stołu (wystające nogi stołu i mocno dosunięte ławy) bardzo utrudnia siadanie przy stole i poruszanie się - jest mało wygodnie. Ceny dań relatywnie wysokie, przy bardzo miernej ich jakości. Miałem dać jedną gwiazdkę, ale podwyższam do dwóch z racji na miłą i dość dobrą obsługę kelnerki, która dość rzetelnie i sprawnie wykonywała swoje obowiązki (pomijając kwestię, że nie spytała o...
