Hotel has very impressive entrance, nice reception desk and single elevator to the rooms on higher floors. Room was clean, double bed with separate comforters, single pillows, pillows kinda too soft for my liking. Closet with sliding doors, quite spacious but no safe for documents. Standard accessories like small desk with electric kettle, two ikea mugs, two tea bags one green one black... bit stingy if you ask me its a two people room could at least give 4 bags, also 2 instant coffee sashets with powdered creamer and sugar separetly. TV with basic polish programs, remotes power button didnt work so to turn it off had to get out of bed. Bathroom small but clean, with hair dryer and enough towels, just standard liquid soap in dispenser, water temperature and pressure ok but our shower head mount was not locking in place so while my gf of 159cm hight was ok with the shower position, for me it was too low and ended up holding the shower head in hand to rinse myslef. Other than that it was fine. No AC this time open window was ok to get place cooled down but in the past heat wave i might not be as comfortable. Also while the walls were suppose to be soundproofed, the doors are not so you definatelly hear your drunken neighbors trying to get into their room next door at 1 am. Location is great, close to all attractions, there is parking in front if the hotel that is free on weekends, and there is paid underground parking for the hotel. There is breakfast for additional 45zł donno how good it is cause restaurant at the corner on street next to the hotel offers you a big breakfast for 30zł with eggs, bacon, croissant and coffee. There is a lot of restaurants near the hotel just hotta walk less than 10 min to get anything from sushi, ramen, kebabs, hungerian, italian, polish, vege, indian and lots more....plenty to...
Read moreBarely 1 star hotel let alone 3. The main purpose of a hotel is a place to rest and sleep - you will be unable to do that here. The walls are beyond thin, they may as well be a hologram. You will hear your neighbours and people at far ends of the hallways constantly, the bed will be old and uncomfortable and you will have to stay in a filthy room (walls and floors covered in stains, hairs in the bed), along with the silver fish pets. There is no shampoo, conditioner, separate shower gel, vanity set etc that you would expect from a 3 star Hotel which this one claims to be - there is only generic soap which is stored at the sink and in the shower - the insides do not look like they have ever been cleaned. I would encourage visitors to go to lidl and buy their own toiletries.Breakfast was pretty standard but they often forget to turn on the coffee machines so you will need to ask. The staff are very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the hotel itself is very very poor quality.Additionally I would encourage people to read the reviews posted on popular booking sites that the hotel deleted by using...
I strongly advise against visiting any hotel under this sign. Right at the beginning of my experience with this company, I learned that my place of stay would not be the same as the hotel in this location was closed for the holidays. I was redirected to Million Street 25. Upon arrival, I decided to take a shower, and the first thing that greeted me was lukewarm water. Then I sat on the bed and saw a lot of little bugs on the bedding. I also checked the mattress underneath, there were a lot of bugs there too, and the mattress looked soiled. The bedding wasn't particularly white either. When I reported this at the reception, I was given a new room where the situation repeated itself. The mattress was soiled, and I found a urine stain on the bedding. The room key also didn't work, so I had to run around like a madman up and down. Then I was redirected to the hotel on Marshal Józef Piłsudski Avenue 10/14. There, the staff accompanied me to ensure that I wouldn't find another colony of bugs in the room. The room itself was clean, as were the mattress and bedding, but the next day there was a power outage throughout the hotel from 9:00 PM until at least 10:30 AM the next day, probably longer. At that time, I left this sorry excuse for a place. According to information from a person working right next to the hotel in a pub, this is not their first outage. I would like to remind you that we live in a time when most things depend on electricity, such as business matters and also tickets, which I also had...
