Apartamenty Bracka 6 — Hotel in Krakow

Perfect central location. I booked this last minute and am very pleased with my stay. From the minute I booked it, communication with the staff was immediate and helpful. They offered tour bookings and airport pickup/drop off which was incredibly helpful as the cost is more than half of what a taxi would be from a ride share app. Plus, my driver was waiting for me right inside the terminal with a sign with my name on it. It doesn’t get easier than this! Since my checkin was late, I was provided by email with very helpful and specific directions in instruction to get into my room, along with Wi-Fi information.

For a tour of Auschwitz, I was greeted at my hotel by someone who walked me to the tour bus meet up spot close by. Again, the cost of the tour with hotel transport is much easier and more pleasant than the trains/busses, and again much less expensive than a taxi.

Highly recommended.they deserve 10 stars. We were greeted very warmly by Barbara, who was excellent everytime, starting the booking stage. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, including Olga. The apartment was brand new, beautiful, spotlessly clean, with all the comforts (including bathrobes). The kitchen was perfect, with a Nespresso machine and pods, a kettle, and a toaster. The attention to detail was excellent (the china was Villeroy & Boch). The bathroom was fantastic, with both a tub and a shower. The location was fantastic, right in the center. We're just steps from the main square, yet without the noise from it, so it was truly quiet. An excellent property with all the comforts. This was a great place to stay! It was close to everything, clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very nice. We had zero problems the 5 nights we stayed here. We walked all over, it is so close to the square! Like a 1 min walk. It was great because I had to go back to the room several times during our stay to put souvenirs away, or go get a jackets and it was convenient to do so!

The only complaint I had was that there is a club a few doors down that you can here the thump of the music every night except Sunday til at least 3 am. If you are a light sleeper it will probably bother you. That is not the hotels fault though. And when I brought it up the lady at the desk was very apologetic.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again....
