Absolutely delicious!! If you don't try one of their burgers when passing though Old Town some time during your trip, then shame on you. It's seriously tasty!
This restaurant was on my list before even leaving Tampa. The menu items were just too unique to pass up. I'm pretty sure that it originates from Kraków. There are currently only 3 locations. This review is for the Bracka street one.
It's a very hip place with a constant flow of customers. The seating is somewhat limited. I'd say about 10 tables. It's a fast casual format. They will seat you with a menu. You order and pay at the counter. They'll bring the food to your table. It's that simple.
I ordered the Filthy Rancher from the chicken burger side of the menu. OMG! It was soooo delicious! The fried chicken was juicy inside and glazed with hot honey. It had a mild kick of heat. It was thigh meat, but honestly tasted and looked like tender white meat. The pickles, pickled cabbage, and homemade ranch sauce added a good amount of tanginess. The greenish sauce was better than any ranch dressing I've ever tasted. The bread is very soft. It's a Japanese milk bread burger bun. Amazing!
My husband's Classic Smash burger was also a big hit. He ordered a double. It was definitely big & juicy. I had a bite of the burger. It was as tasty as it looked. The V-fries where also wonderful. The large is good enough for 2 people to share. There's a choice of different sauces, but we went with the ketchup. Everything was fresh & tasty. It's about a 25 minute wait for the food. It's well worth the wait.
The lemonade was also very good. We picked the Pear + Gooseberry flavor. I'd totally get it again. I wish our stay was longer. The service was great, and the burgers are affordable. The manager even asked if we enjoyed our meal. She invited us to come back again, but there just wasn't enough time for us to do that. This would definitely be a revisit if ever in Kraków again....

I'm currently on one of my countless long term stays in Krakow. This time I'm having a fully vegetarian college from Bangalore with me, and I'm trying to adapt, thus I'm mainly eating self prepared vegetarian foods or am visiting vegan places with him. Today I had a free afternoon and was craving something... Filthy? What better than going to the real deal. My expectations were high, very high! I spent several years in East and South East Asia and I was not looking for some KFC fried chicken. I wanted something spicy. Not the "spicy" stuff, no, like really spicy. Tomorrow I want to be reminded what I had for dinner today, that amount of spicy. What can I say, expectations fulfilled and exceeded!!! I do fried chicken by myself at home. I cook my own sauces. I even bake my own brioche. Dear Filthy team, you hit every possible of my taste buds. This was awesome ❤️🔥🫦 Great, juicy chicken thighs. Crunchy breading. Wonderful bread and awesome pickles. Your Carolina Reaper sauce is so tasty, I guess I'll have to ask you to for the exact recipe.
The lovely lady at the counter was super friendly and your store is an eye catcher.
I'll come back. I'll come back over and over again. And I'll bring you more customers, especially my Indian colleagues who keep complaining that their food is not spicy enough. You might just be my new favorite spot in Krakow.
Thank you so much, dziękuję bardzo!
p.s.: be brave and offer a more spicy version of your sauce. It is super tasty and spicy but could have a little more heat for idiots...
Read moreI really tried to find something to dislike during my visit to this burger joint—but honestly, I couldn’t. The place strikes a perfect balance between simple and stylish, with a cool, modern vibe that instantly feels welcoming.
The service was professional, friendly, and informative—which I really appreciate, especially when visiting a place for the first time. The team clearly enjoys what they do, and that positive energy rubbed off on me, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. As someone who often travels solo, it can sometimes be a bit daunting to walk into new places, but that wasn’t the case here at all.
Now, onto the real star of the show: the Smash burger. I went for the "Filthy Smash" and—oh baby—what a burger! My only regret? Not ordering three beef patties instead of two (note to self for next time!). Every element was on point: flavour-packed beef, a soft homemade bun, crisp fresh salad, perfectly cooked bacon, and a killer sauce that tied it all together.
I’ve always been a massive burger fan, but I’m relatively new to the world of smash burgers—and I think I’m officially converted.
Thanks for an...
