I booked a room with a King-size bed. To my surprise, the first room I was given had only a Full-size bed. After I complained, the receptionist consulted with her manager and, about 10 minutes later, handed me keys to another room. Unfortunately, this second room still did not meet the booking description: it had only a Queen-size bed, not the King-size I had reserved.
When I asked whether the room at least had the courtyard view that I had specifically chosen and paid extra for, the receptionist was unable to confirm. Instead, when she gave me the new key, she told me to go and check myself if the room had the courtyard view — which is simply ridiculous. Even if she was new to the job, the hotel should have clear records in their system, so that guests receive what they paid for.
To make matters worse, Hotel Logos seems to mislead its guests by advertising “King-size beds” when in fact they are only Queen-size. The so-called “courtyard view” is equally misleading — it is nothing more than a view of neighboring rooftops.
Other problems included: The bathroom rug could not be placed by the shower, as the door would not open over it.
Both the hand soap and shower gel dispensers were not working.
The breakfast was very poor, with nothing suitable for guests who care about their diet: only white sugar, no nuts, no fruit, and no oats.
Overall, this hotel does not deliver on what it promises, misrepresents its rooms, and offers a disappointing experience. I cannot...
Read moreWhat can I say? 5 stars doesn't do this perfectly located, comfortable and stylish hotel justice. We stayed in room 25, for 3 nights and had the best time. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the reception staff bent over backwards to help, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel smelled amazing, not sure if it was to do with the spa or not. The hotel is very quiet at night, rooms come with heating and air con should you choose to use it, we didn't. If you require an extra pillow, reception will sort it. Also, the safes are in the laundry room which is securely locked and only reception can access that room. They arrange taxi transfers too for 130PLN which is about £25 one way, so for £50 round trip, it's worth it and saves so much hassle. This hotel is truly great and my wife and I cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much for making our stay...
Read moreLovely hotel...we had a double room with en suite shower...couldn't fault it...lovely modern room...all you expect in a room, tv, kettle etc, shower gels, fresh towels every day, bed was comfortable, what was mad, you have a double bed, with 2 single duvets, it's brilliant, no fighting over the duvet, gave me ideas for back home...the breakfast was more continental than I'd like, pastries, fruit and yoghurt, did have sausage, egg and baked beans, one day, the hot breakfast was different day to day, but they do cater for every nationality...the location is pretty central, about 5 minute walk to the square. The staff are friendly...I would definitely stay...
