Started the evening with a gin and tonic, it was a large, tasty drink with a nice flavor. For dinner I had the salmon salad which was the perfect mix of ingredients. The proportions of salad to salmon was spot on and the included fruit and refreshing dressing made this a perfect meal for someone who doesn’t usually order salad. The staff were friendly and attentive who spoke English as well as Polish. The atmosphere is a great mix of eclectic cafe and upscale dining that doesn’t feel in any way pretentious. Read moreThere's something to be said about Polish hospitality, unfortunately, that does not translate to the service in this restaurant for sure. Staff so inattentive it was embarrassing to watch. Numerous clients having to come up to the bar to ask for their bill, no-one greeting or seating the arriving guests and once you placed your order, that was it, the staff didn't acknowledge you anymore. It's not that the restaurant was super busy either. So no excuse there. I ordered the burger which was mediocre at best. It lacked seasoning and to my liking it was overcooked. This was my second visit to Dynia, and most likely the last, especially because of the lack of the basic service etiquette I'd expect from a restaurant as a paying guest.
