The room was nice and modern, good kitchenette, not that we used it. Everyhitng provided in the kitchen, including a fridge, washing up liquid, sponge and a small hob. Modern bathroom. Clean room. ||To check in we were sent a code to enter the buliding and instructions on how to obtain the key. ||Behind the bed it sounded like there was fridge that was super noisy every half hour. The building is large, we had a -1 appartment so we were underground. We could hear people entering the bulding late into the evening, the floor sounded like a gym hall so was quite squeaky. I contacted the appartments before our stay asking if there was any shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. I was informed all provided other than conditioner. There was 100ml of a 2 in 1 shampoo and shower gel for us both to use for the three days. If i was the appartment i wouldn't say this is enough, so i wouldn't tell a guest that enough would be provided for our stay. We has one window in the room, it looked onto the floor of the street, totally fine. But the curtain is not big enoughto cover the window completely. This was a bit uneasy as people would be able to see us asleep in bed. A bigger curtain is needed||||If I was to stay again the noise behidn the bed and a bigger curtain would be needed. I did feel the room was value for money, good locaiton and nice and clean. Yes i...

Our room (Room 22) had a small kitchen area with double hob, kettle, fridge and enough utensils for two. Bathroom had underfloor heating - most welcome in the mornings. Shower is a bit snug but good enough to have a hot shower. Hairdryer in room. Shower gel, moisturiser and soap (travel size) provided. TV and some coffee sachets, t-bags and sugar in room.||Located about a five minute walk from centre of the old town and you pass bus and tram stops en route. Coffee shops located close by for your morning coffee hit (Starbucks or our preference Cafe Nero Green).||If you have mobility issues ask for a low floor as these lovely old buildings don’t have lifts just lots of stairs!||Communication was excellent to enable us to gain entry on arrival.||The only time staff enter your room is to replenish the towels if you are staying longer than three nights.||Check out is 10am and you are able to leave your cases by the office which is manned until 2pm and then left at your own risk - but building is very secure! Just make sure you keep all travel documents with you (just incase).||Would definitely stay...
