We were 5 people in 5 different rooms. All of us been ordered the exact same room type and paid the exact same price. However, there was a huge variability in our room sizes, when I unfortunately received the smallest room. I asked at the front desk how is it possible that I'm paying the same as people that have much nicer rooms with bigger beds, and they told me that rooms are randomly allocated. So beware that if you're booking this hotel you may either get a tiny room or a normal-sized hotel room, at random. The moment I left the front desk, the women that answered me there were laughing out loud as if my question was super funny. Also, my room had no window, just a locked door, facing a tiny balcony and a wall. After two days, I realized that I could ask the front desk for a key to this door, to get some fresh air inside my room. How come they're not just leaving the key inside the door knob? I don't know. Anyway, be aware that the balcony is shared with another room's window. Meaning, someone can simply pop in your room window if they have a balcony. All in all, I found this place to be a bit creepy and I'm not at all happy for paying the same as my friends when they received a normal-sized room with a large bed and I received a tiny room with a smaller bed. I'm adding two photos- one of a friend's bed and one of mine. Both rooms were at the same price.

Went for 2 nights, Nice hotel but not at the standard of a 4 stars imo ( No bar, gym, pool, waiting lounge or anywhere to get cooled ) The receptionist doesn’t show any enthusiasm or happiness of life which is disturbing when you’re as a client upcoming into your hotel after a long day.. For the accommodation it was OK with great but small bed, nice shower and a super quiet environment. We did enjoy the work of the cleaning crew which was superbly done. The location is great although it s not really in the city center (10 min walking) Finally, if it could be possible to change the painting by the lift because it’s really scarring ;)

Just because of its location we would choose it again. However, the housekeeping service was a bit less than terrible. The lady didn't even bother cleaning the shower basin. Considering it is a four star hotel, the toillettaries just included soap and shower gel/shampoo. Complimentary water, tea and coffee were available in the room. The AC was making noise all the time. But the beds and the pillows were comfy. Overall, we were happy with our stay, but they should improve the housekeeping services.

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of September. The hotel is ideally located close to the main square. The rooms are clean and modern (although I didn’t like the black carpet and curtains but just my preference) with tea making facilities, fresh water left every day, an iron and a fridge. The bathroom was a bit small but we managed although the bath towels could be bigger. We were on the second floor and never heard a thing the whole time we were there so not sure if other guests were next to us or not. |The breakfast here is excellent. Usual cereals, fruit, pastries, juice, toast, coffee etc then you can order a cooked breakfast from the kitchen. I didn’t want everything on the menu so just ordered what I wanted. It was hot and tasty.|The square and shops are very close by and the city is beautiful. We have never been here before but will come again and definitely stay here.|There a few things that could be improved, the pillows are awful, very soft and no support and the staff on reception could smile. Only one of them we saw smiled or even acknowledged us when we...

Everything from start to finish was amazing - the hotel is very clean and well looked after. The Staff were very friendly, smiley and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was very big and the air con works great (also very quiet which was a huge bonus). Free shower gel, shampoo and body lotion was a lovely addition to the room and if you like to take a bath - well, this hotel is perfect for it (you will get lovely smelling bath salts as well). The hotel is nice and quiet and within 10min walk to the main squere so the location is perfect. Everyone works very hard to keep up the high standards. We would for sure use this hotel on our next...
