Modern View of Planty Park - apartamenty — Hotel in Krakow

We stayed in the comfort room, and it is what it is a comfortable room similar to a hotel room only it has a two-ring hob a fridge and a dishwasher with accoutrements for four people. Iron and kettle along with towels and toiletries. This is a serviced apartment and is located at the corner of a busy junction where trams pass and turn so a lot of noise at certain times of the day.|Its location is fantastic and is less than 5 mins walk from the main square in the old town very helpful when you try Polish Vodka! Lol the beds are very fluffy as are the pillows and big enough for the two of us. Both under 5ft 9ins. It was a base and a rest area. Fragola Apt who own them were very helpful and very attentive. We were in contact via WhatsApp and the response was usually very fast. We had a slight mishap in our shower overflowed due to soap scum and hair clogging up the plughole. it can happen anywhere, but we ended up using our towels to mop up the deluge. When I advised then of what had happened as it was around 8pm before we were going out for dinner the responded saying their engineer would be there first thing in the morning and with fresh towels. the only criticism is that the double bed had to single quilts. I am not sure if that is a thing, but it was a bit weird and with eh tram noises it was a bit hard to sleep. ||Overall, it is a very clean well-maintained apartment and has everything you need for a short stay in Krakow. Next time I go we will book a suite. We booked through Booking.com and the pictures were a bit misleading as they did not indicate which room was which. We have just returned from a 3 night trip to Krakow and decided to stay at the Modern View of Planty Park due to the price and location. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the main square. Fragola Apartments were excellent at helping me before travelling when I had questions via WhatsApp and also booked an airport transfer for me. As we arrived early we dropped our cases off at their office which is about a 6 minute walk across the square. We also did the same on our last day as we had a late flight home. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Tea, coffee, sugar and the kitchenette and fridge were handy. The beds were comfortable as well. There are a lot of comments about the noise of the trams outside, we didn’t find this a problem as we were on the 4th floor, however if you are a light sleeper this might be a problem. I would have preferred if there was a safe in the room for peace of mind. We decided to get breakfast included and this was at a nearby restaurant 2 minutes down the road, you get a choice of 6 dishes (eggs, pancakes, breads with spreads etc) this was excellent and convenient for us. I would definitely recommend the Modern View of Planty Park for your stay in Krakow! Thank you...
