Tower. Motel. Restauracja — Hotel in Toruń

My experience with Motel Tower is awfull and sad. We came to Torun 4 people by car from Slovakia, sharing one big room for 4 ppl. After few nights our bodies got covered with red spots – bites from some INSECT, and all of us were scretching as crazy all the time!! We could actually feel the animals moving under our clothes when it was dark! When we informed the manager about this big issue his attitude was just unbelievable. He was rude and arrogant towards me. He said that if we have some insect in the room its because we came to Poland probably by train and caught it there! Next morning they moved us to other 2 double rooms and promised to call hygienic control to check the place. Apparently moving us to different rooms did not help because we continued having more and more new bites! My hands were completely swollen from so many bites! so at the 7th day of our stay I visited a doctor in Torun who also confirmed it was some sort of bites from insect! And as long as we know, since they moved us to the room next door of the first one, we haven´t seen anybody to come from hygiene to...

Don't stay here!!! It is very dirty and damp, with wet bedclothes and with dirty mattress. Killed mosquitos sticked to the walls are everywhere. You can make a horror movie in a room without investment into decoration. The carpet and walls are very dirty, like wasn't ever replaced and painted , at least for the last 10 years. I couldn't sleep because of all this around even after a half a bottle of wine. Good for babies they slept in their buggy.

Look precisely on the photos you can find a small animals sticked to the wall, by the way small spider is still alive :) unfortunately photos are not reflecting all the "beauty" you can find here. The particular room should be burned with all furniture inside.

All above is not against the staff working in the hotel, but against its owner. This is not acceptable to sell rooms in such condition.

Besides this an internal yard looks nice, with small pond, benches and trees.

Najgorsze miejsce, w jakim nocowałam. Brud, brud, brud.... wszędzie. Pokój, który dostałam, nie miał nic wspólnego z tymi pokojami, które można zobaczyć na stronie motelu. W pokoju jedno działające gniazdko, tzn. nie w pokoju tylko w łazience i działało tylko wtedy, gdy włączyło się wentylator. Zatem, żeby naładować telefon, musiałam mieć włączone światło w łazience i słuchać buczenia wentylatora. Z pokoju można wyjść na balkon. Teoretycznie można, ale nie polecam, bo groziło to zaplątaniem w wielkie pajęcze sieci. Poza tym dziurawa pościel, a po wejściu do pokoju pierwsza rzecz, którą zauważyłam, to wielka plama na poduszce. Telewizor jest, a jakże - wielki, stary, ciężki, podwieszony przy wejściu do łazienki (strach było przechodzić w obawie, że spadnie na głowę), a pół ekranu zasłonięte przez klosz lampy. Aby włączyć ten zabytek, trzeba było się wdrapywać na pufę (bo tylko to było w pokoju, żadnego krzesła...), no i co chwilę znikał obraz. Ale to wszystko to dopiero przygrywka. Prawdziwy dramat zaczynał się w łazience. W toalecie pływał niedopałek papierosa, papier toaletowy z oznakami użytkowania (fuj), czarny grzyb na prysznicu i lodowata woda... Pewnie mogłabym napisać więcej, ale obrzydzenie mnie bierze i nie będę się już dłużej katować. No, ale to wszystko świadczy o właścicielach i ich pracownikach. Ja bym się wstydziła, gdyby ten przybytek należał do mnie i za te warunki brałabym takie pieniądze... Nigdy więcej w tym miejscu! Wszystkim będę szczerze odradzać pobyt i tłumaczyć, że negatywne opinie na temat motelu nie są tylko głosem ludzi, którzy czepiają się drobiazgów. To nie były drobiazgi! To był koszmar! P.S. Gdyby można było, dałabym ujemne gwiazdki. Niestety, bez wbicia jakiejkolwiek komentarz nie zostanie opublikowany, więc wbijam jedną - w domyśle ode mnie co...
