I dropped by Tasty Kebab and PizZa on Rua da Junqueira during a late lunch run, hungry after visiting MAAT. The place isn’t flashy—simple wooden tables, a wall of fridges, and a vine-covered ceiling that gives it a friendly, no-fuss vibe. I went solo, ordered the doner kebab menu (meat, fries, salad, sauce, drink), and it hit the spot at around €6 — juicy, well-seasoned meat with crispy fries and the tangy sauces made it feel satisfying without being heavy .
A couple of days later I returned with a friend who loves kebabs—she went for the falafel durum. We shared bites and agreed: fresh ingredients, friendly service, and it felt genuinely halal, which is a plus in the area. The menu is wide—pizza, wings, burgers—and everything is affordable. It's exactly the kind of spot to pop into when you want a quick, filling meal without fuss.
For me, Tasty Kebab and PizZa is reliable, tasty, and in a great spot near Belém—a casual gem...

Not that there was anything wrong, we’re foodies and this food was not tasty in any sense. But it’s the best they had. The owner Samir even threw some complimentary sauces. Nice guy.
Having travelled throughout Europre it’s hard to get good fast food. Maybe it’s the oil, maybe it’s the expectation!!!
Overall we would not be going back. If nothing else is open and you want a friendly place this is good. I would like to think this review is based mostly on food and not service or personality...
Read moreI really like this establishment and can recommend it to anyone!
The food is super tasty and there is a high variety of several tasty dishes! I had the Pasteis do bacalhao with rice, eggs and salad. It was scrumptious, especially the fried egg was outstanding. I also love the service, the staff is super friendly and kind towards us costumers. Another thing that‘s amazing about this place are the opening hours, you can go there at 1 in the night and eat something very nice, this is beautiful. The atmosphere at this place is also amazing, there‘s a big flat screen to watch football on and the area outside is wonderful too. I can recommend to go here when in Belem, especially as it’s that close to the famous area...
