As a local I need to recommend this place. Uncomplicated and tasty Portuguese food, with really attractive prices both for what you eat and location right next to the president’s palace. Unlike what happens in other restaurants nearby (especially near the park) here you’ll not be eating some touristy crappy version of our food. They’re always nice and you should give it a try, there’s a lot of options! The photos on the menu are not stylized but 100% honest, and the food is worth it.

Can't complain, the food was absolutely delicious and the price felt like a bargain, however just to note, be aware the bread and olives they provide after ordering isn't free, felt a bit cheeky to be honest to slide that into the bill despite not asking for it. It isn't much (€1.50) but it did go to waste since we didn't touch it. The place also feels a bit dated too but overall the Salmon and COD fish were nailed.

The best culinary experience in Lisbon, Belem. We order five different dishes to share and two desserts. Bacalhau a Brasa was AMAZING! The Octopus ( Polvo Lagareiro) was tender, tasteful, perfect!. Robalo Grelhado (grilled whole seabass) juicy, perfectly chard. Pork Secreto Iberico, the pork steak I have ever taste. Sardina Assada... classic sardines over the grill.. Just amazing. Dessert time was full filled with an Apple Tart and Baba de Camelo (caramel.milk foam dessert). Please ask for the Vinho Verde Sparkling JOIA AZAL ESCOLGHA... you'll be surprised!!!!! So, so, soooo gooood !

We took the garlic shrimps as an entrée, the salmon and the sardines.

The salmon and sardines were to die for ! Plus, it came with a bit of vegetables that tasted heavenly !

I think we were served by the boss, who was very nice and prepared the food with passion.

The sardines and salmon plates were 8,50€ and 13,50€, which is very cheap for the amount and quality of food you...
