Horrible service!! Pedro Silva took our order and he was SO RUDE!!! I spent 2 years in Brazil and have studied Portuguese so I know how to speak Portuguese, and how to order a simple pizza. Pedro was beyond rude. Told me basically to leave, my husband who doesn’t even speak Portuguese could tell he was being so rude. We ordered two individual pizzas (big sign for them right on the screen) he told me no we don’t do that. so I said small then. I even pointed right to the pictures of the pizzas I wanted!! I ordered to stay, He gave us ONE pizza, in a to go box and it wasn’t even the right pizza!!!!!! I wanted to cry! I’ve been speaking Portuguese for years now and have had no problem on this trip til him! Horrible and VERY RUDE service. And the...

My order made via a Glovo app, took 2h for the guys to deliver. Apparently they had a wrong address. Why was it wrong? It was because they've decided to change it. Just for fun.

I called the support line 2 times, just to be putted On Hold or pass to a different restaurant. On top of everything, I got an order I didn't asked for. I guess they decided to give me an extra toping for all that wait. The Extra they added was chopped ham. What a great idea! Especially, for a customer who is a Vegetarian! I will come back - NEVER !

Boa noite! Tenho uma vasta experiência em restaurantes e principalmente pizzaria. Portanto sei quais são as melhores pizzarias, e pizzas. Mas lá se vão 2 vezes que eu vou comprar pizza nessa Telepizza Almirante Reis, e a pizza é uma desgraça!!!! Não prestam! Primeira: Fui jantar com o meu noivo lá na loja, pedimos uma pizza famíliar 4 queijo, com queijo de cabra e Quaijo extra. Mas quando a pizza chegou! Não tinha queijo e só 4 queijo de cabra!!!! A pior pizza que eu já comi na minha vida!!!! Segunda: Fui com os meus colegas comprar pizzas para levar, eles pediram 2, e nós 2 pizzas!!! Resumindo pedimos pizzas com queijo extras e novamente e bordas com queijo. Nos trouxeram as nossas pizzas sem queijo novamente e as bordas tinha massa de alho e não com queijo!!!!!! Horrível, nem perguntar se algum dos clientes comiam massa de alho?!!! Eles não perguntaram... Quando levamos as pizzas para nossa casa! Vimos que as pizzas não prestavam novamente. Vou escrever no livro de reclamações da loja, assim que eu tirar um tempinho... E mudamos de empresa para comprar...
