We had a very good dinner at this restaurant. The owners have started a novel vegan restaurant after working for a vegan establishment. Since the owners are originally from of India, the cuisine reflects Indian cuisine which makes the food much better (at least for those who know their food ;-) ) than the standard veggie burgers/bowls, etc. Customers choose items from a buffet and a server transfers their choice to a plate. This insures extra level of hygiene at this restaurant. However, this may be unnecessary as I visited daTerra in Porto a few days later and customers were allowed to serve themselves in this much larger restaurant.
The lentil soup was very good with generous flavors of Indian spices. It is served in a large pasta plate and could be better served in a cup or bowl to keep it warmer. There was a salad bar, tofu kofta curry and 2 kinds of rice plus a couple of other entrees. This may be the best place for a hungry...

I really don't get this I mean it's a buffet and these are cold salad items just bring out a bigger batch, not a few spoonfuls... Anyway it's worth a flying visit if you're in the area but personally I won't go out of my way to come back here. If you want a well priced vegan buffet then Jardim de Cerejas is equally tasty food but without the drawbacks...

I tried a bit of everything and repeated a bit of everything as well, so picking favourites was impossible. I try my best below.
Overall, Lisbon Vegan is a great option for a quick meal. The value for money is really high, and at that price there are very few faults you can point out. I’d say that the variety in starters could definitely be larger, but for a small restaurant I don’t think you could expect much more.
🏅 Overall: 7/10 🌱 Fully Vegan
They have a rotating menu that you can check on Instagram daily. Today they had:
